Bella Donna salon is wonderful 💖 it is very clean, stylishly decorated and comfortable, inviting. Plenty of parking and several restaurants and a Dollar Tree within walking distance if you wanna get a bite before during or after your salon visit 😀

Warning: Extremely Disappointed and Misled by this Salon!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Legal actions are being taken! See photos attached.
I paid $400 for a treatment that was promised to last much longer, using Ybera Paris products as advertised. Less than two months later, my hair is already curling again. This product is meant to last 6 months!!! clearly the treatment did not hold up at all. I even bought the recommended shampoo and conditioner by Marcela to maintain the results, but it made no difference.
When I confronted Marcela about the fact that she likely never used the Ybera Paris products I paid for, she blocked my number completely. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also dishonest and deceptive.
Bella Donna Hair salon is promoting and charging for premium products they are NOT using, which is outright fraud and a breach of trust. I tried to resolve this amicably, but after being ignored and then blocked, I’m left no choice but to take legal action.
I am now filing complaints with consumer protection agencies and the official Ybera Paris distributors to expose this scam and protect other clients from being ripped off.
DO NOT trust this salon if you want honest service and real results. Beware. Make sure they mix everything in front of you!!! Tell them you want to see the product!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Marcela! She’s been the only hair stylist that actually listens and understands what I want time and time again. She’s extremely understanding and an incredible person all around. She made me feel close to home while also helping me achieve the look I wanted every single time. What I value the most is her expertise & experience, I’m not someone that trusts easily but she’s always proven me right for what best suits me and how to frame my face with certain layers. If you’re looking for a permanent hair place, this is it.

Love, love, love, this salon and every stylist there. Marcela is my stylist and executes what I ask for with precision each time. Not only is my hair in amazing condition, she always manages to make me feel like a beauty queen by the time I leave her chair. Hurry and make an appointment, you will not be disappointed!
