I recently visited one of your branches with the intention of opening a savings account for my daughter, as well as inquiring about a 529 education savings account. During my visit, the Branch Manager informed me that Chase does not offer 529 accounts. When I asked about opening a savings account for my daughter, I was told it could only be done online.
After leaving the branch, I contacted Chase customer service and was informed by a representative that Chase does, in fact, offer 529 accounts. I returned to the branch to clarify, and the manager then stated that a $25,000 minimum was required to open one. I later spoke to another Chase representative who confirmed that this information was incorrect.
I left the branch feeling discouraged and concerned, not only because of the conflicting information, but also because of how I was treated during the interaction. I felt that I was not given the same level of service or respect that other customers may receive, this experience was upsetting and disappointing.

Huge vehicle line at the atm because the key reader on the door doesn't work, so there's no way to access the inside atm. This has been an ongoing problem for at least a year.

The service at this branch is terrible, the Brazilian employee doesn't want to help you, and the other employees are awful at their jobs. I would give them a 1 out of 10.

This is the MOST INCONVENIENT BANK EVER! The ATM IS ALWAYS DOWN! Almost every other time I go here! Why does this bank even exist?????

I had an appointment today on March 16, 2024, with Brandon at 12pm to add my husband on my account. I arrived 15 mins late due to traffic on Broward Blvd. I was informed that I had to wait. Which I was okay to do. An African American girl that is a banker short hair came out to inform Trevor of everyone that was waiting. I can over hear Trevor telling her that my appointment has been changed to a walk-in. I stopped Trevor to inform him of what I over heard and I did not like what was said. He started to make it seem as if I was in the wrong and I was been aggressive. I allowed him to speak, I spoke to him calmly, and not once became aggressive or made a seen. He wanted to go inside to discuss and I declined because he did not take the other banker inside when he was having the discussion with her about me and others. I was okay with the customer ⁰going in front of me because of my tardiness. I infomed him another customer coming in after us that the other banker was taking. He explained that some bankers do different things in which I was okay with. He felt like I was not letting him speak in which he was allowed too. I repeated everything back to him in a calm tone. I asked him to speak to Brandon because they close at 2pm. If the customers before me was going to take a long time than I can reschedule because I did not want to sit a long time with 3 kids. Instead of rectifying the situation qhich was to ask Brandon a question. He decided to ask can he walk away. I said yes and set there to wait for an answer or to see Brandon. A caucasion gentleman came from the back and asked me and my family to leave. He did not ask to see both sides. I did not leave but instead withdraw all of my money to bank somewhere else. This was my first time opening a bank account with them and I could not believe that this is how they treat customers. I have heard of bad experiences and still open an account to get my own experience but now I see. Thank you for an amazing first experience with a new bank.

Opened an account online and I just needed to deposit funds and confirm my account is all set up properly. Just had an amazing first experience with Jessica ( branch manager) professional, friendly, organized, and most of all got me in and out!

I went online to open up a business account they said i had to go to the branch which i did and found out the account was under review but the agent had no explanation other then i had to call this guy name Oscar Herrera who said he had no records of my file and suggested to call chase directly, so i did just to find out chase only can help me if my account was already setup adv him i never got that far they then referred me back to the branch in Plantation which the 2nd visit with the banker he stated once again my account was still under review without any explanation i feel as if i was just getting the run around nobody knows what to do next and this is very frustrating.

Chase bank is going downhill. This location is not staffed properly and wait times are more than one hour for regular banking services.

Booooo. The doors to use the ATM would not open. It said it was available to tap or insert a card for them to open. The drive up ATM was too backed up.

0 star!. it is 3:30 pm May 31, no one at the entrance to advise, I literally waited 35 minutes and nothing. The person with a beard who I don't remember his name was very rude. When I asked a question, I will never return to this bank again . I would not recommend to anyone

update: 100% my fault for coming back to this location always hoping that they have somehow gotten new management or a little better customer service. Every single time we come there’s at least 10 customers in the lobby, all upset, the staff is always running around or gossiping amongst themselves. One gentleman told me they’re severely understaffed. We signed their signing sheet, waited about 25 minutes and everyone that was there before we arrived, was still waiting for service. No one came around at any point fort a whole 25 minutes, to receive us or to ask what we were there for. We always end up leaving to another farther location. Horrible place. Avoid at all cost.
Zero sense of urgency at this location. There is Always a long line no matter what time of the day. 1 or 2 of the 4 atms are down all the time. This location is in desperate need of new management unfortunately. Won’t be coming back here

Don’t even bother going here. There ATM meaning only one ATM they have outside never works. I don’t understand why they even have it if it never works. I have to always drive far for a chase because this branch sucks. I refuse coming to this place.
