Four years ago Walter remade one of my grandmother’s old rings into something more modern. I’m still in love with it.Today I went in with another old ring and worked on designing something new for it.He and Jamie are very knowledgeable and Walter is so charming. I cousins imagine going anywhere else!The new location is also very comfortable and safe. I love it!

My son and I went to Promenade Jewelers yesterday to have some watch batteries replaced and to sell some of my unneeded gold items, Jaime and Walter were an absolute pleasure to work with! After seeing some of the custom made jewelry, I am bringing my daughter back to have them design a ring for her with some diamonds from old family jewelry. I so happy to have found them and can see that we will have a very long relationship, I highly recommend them!

Jamie at Promenade Jewelers is amazing as a jeweler and a good person. I haven't needed jewelry repair or cleaning for a while but my wife's diamond ring prong bent and my watch died. I went there and Jamie said no problem on either and within a few days ring fixed, cleaned,watch fixed and price was below expected. We will always go nowhere else!!!

Promenade Jewelers replaced my watch battery for free! Jaimie was so kind and efficient. They support great causes such as Curing Cancer. They are now located in the Centennial Bank Building, 300 South Pine Island Road in Suite 265. Go see them. They are the finest!

I stopped into Promenade Jewelers today to have a watch band repaired and have the battery replaced on another one. The gentleman helping me was SO nice and professional. He fixed my watches quickly and it was very affordable. I would definitely recommend this Jeweler to anyone and everyone. I almost didn't go here because there was only that one other review. They should have a ton more good reviews based on my experience with Promenade Jewelers today. I won't be going anywhere else from here on out!

Can't believe there are no reviews for this place! Don't let that discourage you-- I think it's only because their clientele aren't necessarily "yelpers." Jaime at Promenade just rebuilt my engagement band from scratch-- making it smaller, more delicate, and even more gorgeous than before! I'm in love with it. He used old scrap gold I had around my house, he was totally reasonable and I trusted him from the start. It's not anyone I would leave my diamond with overnight! But there were no issues, and I am so grateful for his care and professionalism with my ring! Definitely good people in there.

I bought my wife's engagement ring from Walter over 15 years ago. Bought a wedding band/insert from them a couple years back. They are the best and nicest people in the world. To say that they will take care of you is an understatement. If you are looking for a piece of jewelry they will find it for you or have it made for you and will always make sure you are happy.
