Worst bank ever ,loan officer not very good at what’s she is doing ,I have my loan denied because they say debt to income ratio,never reached out yo us to see if there was another solution.

Just left with my husband and hope to never return.What a mess! No one working, was there for 45 minutes and left extremely frustrated. A everyday business transaction, and they turned it into a problem. The bank manager Lakesha Jackson is rude, completely incompetent & lacks any and all professionalism. No one has any idea what there doing.

I have done business with this Savings and Loan for many years. Up until yesterday, I never had a problem. While working I recv’d a call from the teller who was questioning a check I wrote to one of my contractors. I told her that I wrote it and it was ok to cash it. This wasn’t enough. She wanted to know what the check number was. I told her I don’t carry my checkbook with me and confirmed again that I wrote it. She again asked for the check number. Again I explained that I don’t carry my checkbook with me. Instead of her asking for my SSN or information about o e of my open accounts, shy hung up on me. I then get a text from my contractor that she wouldn’t cash the check. This was a clear case of Racial Profiling as my contractor was from another country. This teller, my contractor said appeared to be African American. Can you imagine if the roles were reversed in todays climate? This lady should be fired immediately. Her behavior is unacceptable.

Moved to Florida 2 years ago and this is the only Third Federal near us and takes us a half hour to drive there. my husband and I both have been treated disrespectfully almost every time we have to go inside the bank by Third Federal employees. From the instant we walk in door there is no one who says anything to you. They don't have any employees that work at the front desk ever!!! They all sit at desks and take their time to acknowledge that you are their and then speak so low you don't know most of the time what they are saying. There has only been one employee that works at this branch that is courteous and friendly in the 2 years we having been using this bank. If you get any of the other employees - good luck !!!!

Great customer service. Someone almost always picks up the phone during business hours- you won't get an automated system! Lollipops and coffee and someone to help you right at the door.

If you want a bank with truly personalized service, this is the bank for you. They have so many employees working here. It amazes me every time I walk in. I conducted my bank transaction with Gloria yesterday and she is a delight. She is so pleasant and a true professional. Third Federal often touts themselves as a strong and stable bank. I actually read they have been rated a five-star bank for 25 years now for their ethics and trustworthiness by Bauer. They have a teller station but I have never seen a teller over there. Instead, you sit down with a banking professional to conduct your transactions. It still takes about the same amount of time but feels like you are more of a valued client. It is a much different feel here compared to the bigger name banks. I like it.
