All the staff is very loving with all the pets.Dr. McAllister is by far the best veterinarian. There’s no doubt that he truly cares about each and every animal. I don’t trust just anyone with my dog. Therefore I will say, thank you Dr. McAllister for being a loving caring veterinarian. You are above and beyond the best there is!

From the front desk to the vet techs to the Doctor, this place is top notch! From my dog, my mothers dog and to the neighbors dog/cat, there is not an unhappy fur baby in the bunch! I am a very pleased client.

Was referred to All Aboard by a neighbor who spoke super highly of them after hearing about me complain about the past three vets I have been to over the years. I was skeptical so I dropped by to check them out. I was warmly met at the front desk and when I informed them of how I was looking for a new vet and wanted to chat with the staff and have a look around they were more than welcoming. They even brought the head vet out to meet me as soon as he was done with his patient. Super welcoming and friendly. It seemed like a good fit so I brought my Great Dane in for his annual check up and teeth cleaning. Super knowledgeable about the big breeds and the head vet use to work specifically with large breeds. They were fast timely and unbelievably professional. The were almost exactly on time for everything they quoted me. I mean with in minutes. As soon as my dog woke up from sedation I got a phone call with a detailed briefing. I cannot say relay how unbelievably satisfied I am with this company. Staff is great, their work is phenomenal and it is so comforting knowing that they will always keep me in the loop. Again spectacular veterinary hospital.

We recently moved to the area and a neighbor suggested All Aboard Animal Hospital. I took our 14 year old dog there for an annual physical and had a great experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and clearly love animals. Dr. Kaplin personally reviewed lab results with me at the appointment - not because anything was wrong, but because they do bloodwork on site and she wanted to answer any questions I had. I've already booked a teeth cleaning and am sure it will be an equally excellent experience.

Officially a fan! I loved this place and the staff!. Everyone is super sweet and welcoming. My dog Oslo isn’t the easiest patient, yet they managed to treat him with love and patience.

I have an adopted dog named Gatsby, he is a nervous wreck when he goes to the vet's office! At the age of 10 Gatsby finally found his perfect vet: Dr. Kaplin! She took the time to get to know him and comfort him. She has all the newest up to date medical knowledge and clearly explained his health and treatment!! Excellent Doc, will be going at All Aboard Animal Hospital from now on!

Moving from further south we were skeptical to take the pups anywhere else but when our puppy scratched himself bare i took the leap and found All Aboard. The whole office is so amazing, kind and genuine with their care to the animals and the parents. My family loves them and couldn’t imagine anyone else taking care of our family members!

The staff was very friendly and assertive. Dr. Kaplin and the Vet Tech, Courtney were very accommodating and took ample time with me and Charlie. Dr. Kaplin was very knowledgeable and did a great job doing a wellness exam for Charlie and looking at the back issue that I came in for. She referred me to the Neurologist and even called to check to see if they could see me. Thank you for taking the time and not making me feel rushed with my fur baby. :)

I took my kitten there for a nail trim and they insisted that she had to have a rabies vaccine. Her rabies vaccine has expired 2 weeks before. So I agreed to that so her nails could be trimmed. The doctor and vet tech were very nice and did the best they could, however my kitten was anxious and hissing so they were unable to trim her nails. They did give her the rabies vaccine. When I went to pay for the vaccine the front desk person tried to charge me $80+ for an annual exam. I said to her I didn't ask for an annual exam and asked what it included. None of the things she stated were done for my cat. So then she said okay, we will just charge you for a brief exam. I emailed them that week and said I wanted the cost of the exam refunded as NOBODY told me that they were doing an exam. They agreed to do so, however this was their response to me: "We do not agree with your written description of this interaction however, we have refunded the $45 (email confirmation sent). Your account has been made inactive and you will not be able to make appointments here in the future. Please do not contact us again." This is the WORST customer service. What a shame as the vet tech and veterinarian were very good.

The best of the best. Would never go elsewhere even if it's a half hour drive. Dr McAllister is too special for words and so is the staff. I'd never seek out another vet as long as I have pets

All my "kids" have gone to this Veterinarian. They are great & compassionate. I ran out of cat food & didn't realize. I usually always buy it from them but it was a Sunday & they were closed. I called every local vet that was open & every pet store within a 50 mile radius that wouldn't sell it to me because I didn't have the prescription to purchase it. I called Dr. McCallister's cell phone, that he gives out for emergencies. He went above & beyond to make sure my cat would not go hungry. He kindly went to his office (on a Sunday & his day off) to put out food supplies for my fur baby for me to pick up & pay for later. Thanks again Dr. M!
