Horrible customer service every time I go in there to cash a check giving me problems, just absolute organizational nightmare, I would avoid this bank at all cost and the manager is useless

BOA is a corporate nightmare - try getting anything done that is slightly different and you will meet the mega corporate wall of obfuscation.

ATM outside doesn't work most of the time. They close at 4 which is very early. They are usually rude to me inside but then I complained and the manager has been nice ever since. When they replace the ATM outside I will change my review to be more positive. Please avoid this location.
