Understaffed on Saturday for customers who come in with bank/account issues. Was told to "come back during the week", most people work the same hours as the bank, how about you have more people on Saturday to accommodate that.

Volvins makes this place great! I come here daily to make a deposit and he is always very kind and helpful. Service is quick and easy whenever he is working. If you come into this location, ask for Volvins!

The location I usually use at Pompano Beach center was down and not available to customers so I had to drive to this location to do banking. I go up to the teller BYRON and explained to him the fees are waived at the other location and he said "maybe that's why they are down" and laughed. He proceeded with my transaction and charged me 8 DOLLARS to cash my check that belongs to Chase. So not only I did I have to drive to another location out of inconvenience but deal with Byron and his non customer service attitude. He didn't even give me a solution to my problem. To be such a "popular" bank, you just lost a customer over $8.

I walk in to open an account .. Teller told me to come back after 4 hours . He said they were swamp . FyI I was the only customer inside the bank . Most people that works here were on the phone talking. Did not even bother to help me at all .

For the past four days I have tried to call the branch and no one answers the phones. Spoke with my private client today to help me with a problem he reminds me that he has to leave at 5 letting me know if we can't come up with a solution that he would no longer work with me after 5 . The time was 4:50 and tried to contact him until 5 and never answer his phone. They do not care about their clients nor do the have the time. I forgot to mention they are under staffed and their are no bankers their to help .

The worst bank I have ever used. The ATM has stolen both checks and cash on multiple occasions and the staff were incredibly not helpful. The staff just calls the customer service line and has you talk to them. CHASE BANK AS A WHOLE IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER USED. If you were thinking of using them, please take your business elsewhere.
