I wish I could give ZERO stars. Craftmatic Adjustable Beds has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. It's been 3 months since I placed my order, and I STILL haven’t received the bed! To make matters worse, they NEVER answer their phones. I’ve called countless times, left messages, and no one bothers to respond. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Is there a group already formed for us to sue them for the amount paid? If not, I would like to form one and make them accountable for fraud!
I regret ever trusting this company, and I’d strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to think twice. If you value your time, money, and sanity, look elsewhere!

I wish google offered a negative rank I put down 500 for a bed in April 3023 it’s January 2024 I haven’t gotten money back yet after getting turned down for bed I’ve called every other day most time even called corporate still nothing as of now jan.2024 don’t ever trust this company

DO NOT BUY!!! My brother ordered a bed and paid for it only for it to never be delivered. After months with if fighting them, they reported to a lawyer-no help, reported to the Sherriffs department, and the courts said they had to have an physical address to be able to serve them papers… DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered our Craftmatic bed on May 24, 2023 with understanding from salesman we would have it in 2 or 3 weeks. The mattresses were delivered to our home on July 31, the bed frame was delivered on October 20, 2023. Fortunately, we really like the bed but what we went through to get it we are not sure it was worth it. With service like this I fail to understand how they stay in business. I will say that on July 5 after numerous attempts to contact the company a customer service rep (Sheila) called and she was very nice, polite and did what she said she would do, we really appreciated her!! They offer a great product at a reasonable price compared to what we had seen. However, if you plan to order a bed from them, be patient cause it will take a while!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Craftmatic has stolen $4,500 from my dead father and refuses to return this money to his widow, my 75-year of mother. My dad ordered the bed in February 2023, six weeks before he died. Over the next few weeks, Craftmatic scheduled four delivery dates. The first three they never showed. They at least called and cancelled the fourth one, claiming the base hadn’t come in so they couldn’t deliver it after all.My dad died in March 2023, having never received the bed. (And needing it desperately those last few weeks!) I immediately called Craftmatic, navigating the maze of robo prompts, and dead ends, to finally get to a human being. I then attempted to cancel, but since my dad had ordered, they would only put it on hold until I could produce a death certificate. A few weeks later when I had the documentation in hand, I submitted everything they requested, per their instructions. Then, I heard nothing for several weeks.At this point, I had managed to get the email address of the person I sent the certificate to, so I reached back out, hoping this would soon be resolved. I sent a total of six emails over about six weeks. She responded twice, but saying I needed the refund department, and someone would get back to me. They never did. And she never responded to my last couple of messages at all, just ghosted me. I tried to take it up with my bank, but too much time had passed and now I’m stuck trying to help my mother navigate small claims court if she has any hope of getting her money back.This is theft. Pure and simple.I have never thought worse of any company. Ever. Craftmatic steals from old people. And that’s about as shameful as it gets. So again – DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a twin bed for my mother on Aug 8th but cancelled the order when I realized how much it would cost to return the mattress if she didn't like it. I cancelled on 8/9/23 and fought with the accounting dept to try and get confirmation of the cancellation which they said was against policy. My mother received her credit card bill today with a charge of $3,231.50. Her statement closing date is Aug 21st, plenty of time to process a credit after cancelling on 8/9/23. I will be contacting the credit card company to advise them that the charge is not valid as the order was cancelled and I will be calling Craftmatic to find out why they are completely inept at handling an order cancellation. Never thought dealing with Craftmatic would be this unpleasant but it is. Buy tempurpedic and safe yourself the aggravation. Thanks Craftmatic for really terrible service and creating an unnecessary headache for my 86 year old mother.

BEWARE of the FRAUDULENT company. Only people who pick up the phone are the people initiating sales. Very prompt to get the deposit when I placed the order, however, I cancelled the next day, October and as of today they haven’t refunded my money. I called and they were very rude, very poor customer service. I am working on getting it reported.

1st anniversary with their legacy model. Its Not just a bed, its a Craftmatic. One of the best investment I've ever made. The quality and the features on their legacy model makes this the best bang for your buck!I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ just base on the amount of money i saved had i shopped elsewhere!!

The Legacy is no question the best adjustable bed i ever had. Zero gravity was perfect for my back and the rising adjustable pillow feature was a game changer when watching tv.

This is a sham. They just want to sell you a bed and will tell you anything to get your credit card. Do not purchase or give them your credit card. You will be very disappointed. They pray on seniors! What a disgrace!

Very disappointed in the customer service. My family member ordered "white glove" and the shipping company left the bed outside, saying they would not bring it in. That would have been understandable based on that company's covid rules. However it was days before anyone from Craftmatic called him to set it up. During that time, he actually passed away unexpectedly. The bed is still sitting where it was delivered and after all the calls I tried to make, I still have not heard back from anyone in the returns department. I'm sorry, but I have been in customer service my entire life. When you have a situation where someone has passed and a bed that has never been used, that should be a bigger priority than someone returning because they don't like the bed.
