I brought my vehicle here after an accident as I was recommended by a family member. Once my car was returned, it had 3 issues that have yet to be resolved.
1.My car is still missing the Logo on its front bumper -
I have emailed and spoken to them several times and have yet to receive the part. Its been over a year.
2. The hood release was broken when returned to me -
I have to open my hood with plyers because of this. I only noticed because they did not refill the wiper fluid when they repaired my car so when I went to refill the liquid after a long drive home, I noticed I could not open the hood and let them know. They informed me they would ship me the part but It’s been over a year and I still have yet to receive it.
3.The rear leather seats were damaged from whatever they left on them for 3 months sitting while my car was in the shop waiting for its parts--
My car had 3,000 miles when it was taken to the shop and no one had been in the back seat. The leather has indentations and cuts in the seat from whatever they left in the back seat on top of the leather while my car was waiting in the shop.
Make sure your car is complete before driving out after a repair because once you drive out of the lot and they get paid, you are not their problem anymore

I love this place! Every single person I interacted with from front of house to back were courteous, informative, and friendly. They set realistic expectations with me about how long the repairs would take. They provide detailed documentation, even as I was going through insurance. I did use my insurance to get repairs, it was a breeze with European. See for yourself, my car looks brand new. I chose them for their paint skills and I am so glad I did. I thought my paint color would be tricky, but nothing seems toi difficult for these guys. I am so impressed and recommend them to everyone.

I have mix feelings about this review. I am disappointed that my car couldn't get fixed. On June 28th I was hit in the rear. I got compensated and was told to go to the body shop covered by the insured because supplemental damages might be needed. I carried my car to the body shop September 15th. I got a supplemental sent to my email of $ 7,000. I've a ding in the back and two hole in the front. The insurance started to say my car was a total loss due to the supplement sent to the insurance. I was in disbelief how my car with only a ding is being called a total loss. The body shop told the insurance company that there is damage behind the grill. It still baffled me how being ding in the back cause my car to have $7,000 worth of damages. When I asked The body shop why is it $7,000 to fix my car I am being told that my car is a 2013 car.I asked for my car back and I'm being told that I will have to pay a $300 fee to get the parts back on my car. This was one ordeal I don't wish on anyone

Mr Scott, Sean Campbell, and the young lady at the desk showed me nothing but love kindness and respect! I would like to say thank you to them and the crew workers. It took awhile, but it takes a Baker awhile to make the perfect cake! I rarely leave reviews as for this company it was a must! Thank you kindly 🌺

This body shop is fantastic, they are kind and considerate of your and repairs. They help get a rental, the rental comes to the shop picks you up and take you to their location.
European paint and body always delivers on their time table for repair. If they say 7 days or 4 days they come thru.
And they always return your vehicle washed and interior clean.
I am super pleased with their work and honesty. Thank you Liz and Ivan!!!!!

The lady’s that work at the front desk are very rude, don’t greet with a smile and overall seem very grumpy. The guys however did an awesome job and would answer my questions. Every time I would call, the lady left me on hold and then never pickup again. They do a great job on the car but poor customer service wouldn’t go again.

I had an accident in April and have had the absolute delight with this company since! They have been nothing but amazing the whole time, every time I would email them they would respond in a few hours if that! The company actually came to get my car today and miss Liv went and got the things I needed out of the car for me because I was not able to! They are just so sweet and actually care! If you’re looking for a place to take your car for whatever need I would 100% recommend European Paint and Body!!!
