Always enjoy the quality here is great.
2 things they really need to work on.
The guy with the glasses needs to either wash hands or wear gloves, it one thing if all he was doing was making sandwiches, but pens, credit cards, etc... all touched and then the deli meat he's putting on sandwiches.
Second don't pull scraps/ends of roast beef out of a metal pan and toss it on a sandwich... the roast beef here is GREAT possible the best you'll find... but that's rare and sliced, not dried out scraps he tossed on my sandwich.

Very old school Italian deli. Reminds me of something you would have found on Arthur avenue in the Bronx back in the 70’s. Traditional Italian sandwiches, chicken cutlets, meatballs and much more. Great lunch spot or place for Nonna to get supplies for a holiday party. Brings back memories ????????

I went in to get a sandwich and walked out with the sandwich, soup, chicken parm and a 5lb prime rib. I’ve never cooked prime rib and they even gave me instructions on how to cook it. It was AMAZING!!!

Wanted to give this place a try for sometime now. I ordered a few cuts of Italian cold cuts and asked for a very thin cut. Not only did the gentleman not wash his hands, but didn’t even attempt to put a glove on after touching the pen, the phone and someone else’s credit card. I asked him to salt the mozzarella for me and he decided to throw salt on the mozzarella and put it in a plastic bag with no liquid. No pride

I'd give it 4 or maybe even 5 stars if they would not touch the food directly with their hands. Gross! This includes the deli meat they put on my sub as well as the ground beef out of the case. And I have never seen them wash their hands. This is a total turn off to me. I can't believe others have not commented on this.

It used to be wonderful now they are overpriced and the owner's son is absolutely rude to the Core many people I know personally people where I've lived people that used to go there don't go anymore because of him this is very sad
