Stay away!!!! The guy returning the carts is hacking and sneezing into his hands then grabbing the carts…he then pulled out a cloth, hacked into it, and went back to retrieving carts…never washing his hands, no sanitizer…really, two years ago they would be arresting the guy…
Germs still spread by contact, shame on the worker, shame on the manager, shame on Home Depot for hiring such inconsiderate folks…

I like the store, it is clean, well stocked, you can find terrace furniture but not living room or dining room furniture, it has good lighting, cleaning supplies, doors, windows, floors, etc., which makes home renovations, painting, rugs, organizers, decorative plants, shouting, white goods, etc., the only thing that bothers me a little is that when I need help locating something that is difficult for me, the employees "NOT ALWAYS" are collaborators, I came across some very good and friendly ones but also with others who looked mortified when their help was requested. IN GENERAL IT WAS VERY GOOD, I RECOMMEND IT! IT IS VERY USEFUL TO ME!

I went to HD last Friday. I inadvertently left my little notebook with my HD and my grocery list. I realized it was missing yesterday. I retraced my steps and called the store. To my surprise Juliana answered the phone checked and she said she had it. I was just thrilled with whomever turned it in and held it.

Rental department is amazing, Richard is always the best with suggestions and solving problems. He takes his time to show you what products work and what equipment will get the job done right the first time. I hope Home Depot upper management takes valued employees like him Joe, karen and Lennox when raises and promotions are due. They are assets to this store! Truly

Though most Home Depots have similar inventory, layout and availability of services; my personal experiences have always been better with my local Pompano Beach location. Some store locations customers simply have lowered expectations due to repeated poor customer service; however this store is usually well staffed. Having products without the help is like buying from any online store and using Youtube to guide you, which is not what some or most customers need. Special should out to ALDITH for always providing warm customer service and going above and beyond to make sure the "good ole days" of polite, courteous and helpful customer service are still alive and well. We need more like Aldith.

Credit card skimming scam at self checkout. Got information stolen and got charged $370.00 from a stem cell company, a company I’ve never heard of in my life. My card declined twice before it finally worked and the girl working at the self checkout was acting really strange but 2 days later upon receiving a huge fraudulent bill, I realized she knew and likely put the skimmer there. Careful, don’t get robbed by information stealing skimming machines at self checkout, and avoid this Home Depot at all costs.

When I go to home Depot I usually know what I'm looking for. And I can find it, most of the time. Sometimes parking is a little more difficult then I like. But I do find parking.

Forced to walk in through the entrance instead of the exit like I've always done. Much easier for me to get to what I want and now I have to walk to the entrance like some pleb.

I was returning an item unused and never opened & I want to exchange for better size, if not something else. I admit I lost the receipt, but unless the rule has changed, I thought they issued out a credit. The representative for Home Depot wasn't friendly & she lacks customer service.
