I am writing this to give my endorsement of Sean Segaloff, a Mortgage Loan Officer for NEX Mortgage, a person who helped me through a difficult refinancing of my Condo that needed to be completed by December 22nd, 2022. When I explained my situation to another loan officer with another company, he told me he couldn't help, but he knew someone who could. He referred me to Sean Segaloff. When I talked to Sean he immediately understood my situation and set into motion a refinancing plan that he pushed through and we closed December 15, 2022. I now have my Condo refinanced with monthly payments essentially the same as my previous mortgage that would have required a major balloon payment 12-22-2022. I thank Sean for his help and recommend him to anyone wishing to refinance their home or Condominium.
