I appreciate the customer service, from greeting me when I walk through the door to making sure I understand the needs of my car. That wait was minimal, price was fair. Chris was great at educating me on the importance of maintenance . No complaints this visit 5 stars ⭐️

I love the service I receive here, I have been coming here for now 2 years and they always give me great service on my honda civic 2010. They are very skilled and knowledgeable and as a woman I feel heard and treated well, other mechanic shops can be very hostile towards women but here they are very respectful, sergio is amazing and so are the guys that work on my car. Prices are great and fast to solve.

I made an appointment and stopped in for a simple repair and tire rotation. When it was time to check out, there is no customer communication. So I asked what was found in the tire or I said I’m assuming there was a nail in the tire and he gave me a nod and checked me out. if you are going to be in a customer service position, learn to communicate with your customers briefly no one‘s asking for a full conversation. my forerunner was returned to me with 36 pounds in three tires and 39 pounds in the back right tire which had the nail in it. On the side of the door, it says 32 pounds so no one checked the pounds were when they gave it back. They just gave it back. This is a simple service so I’m wondering if tire Kingdom cannot give you your vehicle back with all four tires at least with the same poundage, what else aren’t they doing? Did they rotate my tires? ?? Who knows ???

Sergio and Chris was amazing. Jorge the technician replaced my wheel and my car feels brand new! He was amazing he also made sure everything was okay!

I stoped in five minutes before they closed, because I had a flat tire. These guys went above and beyond and stayed late to help me out. I specifically worked with Sergio Chris and the technician who went above and beyond. I highly recommend you use this tire kingdom.

He went above and beyond to make sure I understood all my options, and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Chris’s professionalism and genuine care for customer satisfaction really made a difference. The whole process was fast, efficient, and stress-free. I really don’t understand these reviews. I dealt with a gentleman named Chris and he was professional, honest and I was amazed at how he juggled taken care of so many customers flooding in the door all at once I think people just need more patience. I paid less at tire kingdom then I was quoted by Meineke and three other local repair places within five minutes from where tire kingdom is located. My experience was absolutely five stars.
