Bring back the staff of 30 years ago, they were great! Mr. Karl Hansell, Vice President, I believe he was the assistant manager and Mr. Jim Cox, Vice President and the manager. They knew how to take care of a customer! The people you have there now either don’t want to or know how to help.

(Translated by Google) I went to the bank on April 7, 2022 to open an account, the staff was extremely rude, they never bothered to assist me and the only thing I needed was to open an account, which I will have to go to another bank because they did not want to assist me in Spanish nor the person who assisted me nor did I communicate by phone(Original)Fui al banco el día 7 de abril del 2022 abrir una cuenta el personal fue sumamente descortés nunca se preocuparon en tratar de atenderme y lo único que necesitaba yo era abrir una cuenta lo cual voy a tener que ir a otro banco porque no quisieron atenderme en español ni la persona que me atendió ni comunicarme tampoco por teléfono

Went in to speak with banker regarding existing personal loan and she was completely discombobulated. Said we would have to make appointment to discuss and she was too busy to look on her calendar to even setup an appointment saying it would be 10-15 minutes before she could look. This is why we have seven accounts with Chase Bank and only this old one at this so called bank. They have closed many branches and it looks like this should have been one of those.

The banker at the desk here has an extremely negative attitude - employee culture here doesn’t seem to be a good representative of Wells Fargo’s values as a whole

Love this bank. Beautiful exterior and wonderful customer service is found inside. Only suggestion would be to please add a drive thru ATM.

There always seems to be a problem when I go to this location. Whether it be that I cannot take a certain amount of cash out or the lack of professionalism. With regards to taking the cash out I can go to other locations cash a check and get the entire amount in cash back. Unfortunately with this location they will not allow it. On 3-22-18 I went into this Wells Fargo location to deposit a work check and cash a check I received for my birthday. I believe a day or two prior I noticed I had fraud on my account and cancelled my card. So, I gave the teller my ID (my ID had expired on my birthday 03-20-18), no problem deposited my money but I had to wait a day to get the rest of my cash, like I said there always seems to be a problem getting all my cash without having to deposit it first... Then I went to the banker and was told I cannot get a temporary card because my license was expired. Ok no big deal I can understand that. Went back the next day to get the rest of my cash out. Now all of a sudden the teller has a problem with my expired license. (Funny how you guys have no problem taking my money with an expired license but as soon as I want to take MY money out there is an issue!!!) The teller can tell I am extremely annoyed, and eventually gives me my money I requested. But of course she has to act like she's doing me a HUGE favor. Fast forward to today, I still have not seen my replacement card, I have my new ID, and I need cash! I walk in and take a seat in the waiting area. Was not acknowledged until I had been already sitting there for 10mins. But that is not the best part! The banker helps 2 other people that came in AFTER me! Needless to say I stormed out and will NEVER do business with you all again. I tried to file a complaint with corporate but you're only aloud 1000 characters per email. I obviously had a lot to say so I am here. If anyone else read this far save yourself the time and hassle and just go to the Wells Fargo on Atlantic Blvd, right next to Flanigans! They are extremely professional and give you what you ask.

If you're looking for a negligible and experienced banker ask for Barry. He's been helping me for years and gone out of his way to help me.
