(Fyi we stayed years ago just fixing my review) Clean place to sleep, but nothing special about it. Newly renovated really means newly painted. Motel had potential, but needs new bedding. Mismatched, and looked like we were staying at grandma's house. Sheets seemed clean but looked very very old, which, is not a good sign. Major plus was no bugs! Offered cable TV, as well as, a small breakfast of whole fruit or pastries with coffee at the front desk. We did get a microwave and a fridge, but were only able to plug in one or the other. A/C blows cold, but was left off until we checked in, which, made the room/bedding feel damp/muggy. Luckly it cooled down relativly fast. Family owned, and they were very nice. Not a terrible stop if passing through, and in a prime location if visiting the springs nearby.

We always stay at the Ponce de Leon motel when we visit morrison springs, and its always a pleasure. The owners have a great service attitude, and the rooms are always clean. In the evening we enjoy grilling in their outdoor patio, and always feel safe to cut loose and relax. So greatful to have this little motel to stay at!

Great place to stay. The rooms are clean, service is great and location to Vortex Springs for diving is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay after visiting Morrison springs.
Room was very clean and neat. Huge open parking lot. Next to a shell so easy to gas up. Pleasant staff.

We stopped here on a whim. We were a bit skeptical at first because the area was somewhat secluded. But we were really glad to stay there. The rooms were clean and the AC worked beautifully. Price was good and Due to us staying here and not going to the next town over, we found the perfect swimming hole called Ponce Deleon springs.

Nice quiet older motel. Very nice gentleman checked me in. I like the older motels where you park by the door and don't have to schlep your things a half mile to your room. The room was attractive and immaculate! Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spotless. Had refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. Highly recommend this place.

Friendly people rooms are suitable sleeping close to the springs but definitely not close to restaurants
