I'm a local real estate broker and I've had the pleasure of working with Karen on multiple transactions over the past few years. The real difference between one loan officer and the next is SERVICE! And, Karen's service is top notch! I can expect to get a weekly status of how the loan / transaction is progressing. Communication is more than half the battle. Karen and her team are amazing. They are willing to wait things out with their client until it is most beneficial. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping families find the best deal for the home loans. Will continue to use her for all things related to refinancing with our home.
