I went to this location for a headlight replacement bulb once getting to the counter I gave year/make/model and was asked if I needed a Low or High beam (I had no clue) rather helping me try to figure it out the woman at the counter gave me her back and started doing her side work labeling prices on items ignoring me to let me figure it out myself. The 2 male employees were just in the back giggling and having fun also ignoring me. When I went to my car outside to try and figure out what bulb I needed I realized there's an O'Reillys right next store so I drove over there and the man behind the counter was more than happy to help. Now I know go to O'Reilly's not AutoZone 👍

I went to get an oil change kit for my car, the employee, a gray-haired older man, does not have the character for customer service, was racist regarding the language when he saw my English was not the best and showed no interest in helping me . But thanks to another employee, Carlos, I was able to find what I needed, he was friendly and willing to help.

we stopped in to purchase a new battery...only customer in the store. We had to ask "Mr. Personality" if he could be of assistance. Wasn't sure with him leaning on the counter if we were bothering him or not.
After our purchase we asked if he could take the battery out to the car(he already had it on his cart) and did oblige but he bumped the battery against the trim piece of our car. no apology...no oops...just nothing.
No TIP here....and we'll share our experience!

Very disappointed with the customer service and we will sadly not be back. My husband, my daughter and myself tried to go into Auto Zone this morning with our car battery to get a replacement when my husband was stopped at the door by an older man that worked there that was smoking a cigarette at the door and all this man said to us was no, nope, no. So my husband was confused and asked if they were busy and if he was the only one working to which the man said no there were other people working but he’s not doing that. There was no explanation and we were basically just told to go. After that we went two seconds down the road and had a new battery from O’Reillys in less then 5 minutes.

Had to get a new battery as the Floria heat did mine in. Matt installed it quickly and efficiently, saving me from doing it in the heat a humidity. It fired right up on completion. Matt was friendly and informative as he completed the work. Estelle was helpful in getting a battery in stock as well. Great employees! Those are the experiences that make a customer return.
