I received my certification from the Disney Institute for Customer Service and also one from the Ritz Carlton, so I would consider myself an expert in recognizing outstanding customer service; since both businesses' knows a little bit about delivering outstanding customer service. I was recently in Arcadia to conduct some banking business and it was such a pleasure to be greeted by a "live" person immediately, asked what how they can help. She walked me over and introduce me to Jaccarie Simons. What an amazing smile he has, and he was so helpful, knowledgeable and solicitous to my needs. Justin Fussell recognized me and came out to hug me and we caught up, but more importantly, he wanted to ensure my needs were also being met. I am very much aware that we all have choices when it come to any business . I always look for the differentiator that separates them from the others. WELL, Crews Bank & Trust has the market - why? 1) local folks doing business with people they know - it's important to see familiar faces. 2) Caring and knowledgeable. They absolutely go above and beyond to make sure they meet your expectations. AND, lastly, they treat you as a valued customer, not a number or a transaction! The "wow" factor was apparent. All the other Charlotte state banks are great except this one every time I come her it’s a problem with customer service and very rude I would say the employees at this location suffer a competence issue

Charlotte County is a hand shake community, and banking should be the same. Charlotte State Bank & Trust offers so many benefits to our local residents and businesses. It is such a great benefit to be able to speak to a person when banking. A special thank you to Jacqueline Benjamin who has gone over and above many times to help the CDBIA and our members.

I've been banking with Charlotte State Bank for many years now. I love how friendly & professional they are. I haven't had any problems that couldn't be quickly & easily resolved. It saddened me to find out that the Harborview branch had to close. COVID-19 really hit a lot of businesses in our area. Keep it up Charlotte State Bank!! ??

This is what community banking should be about. A great group of very friendly staff that are just as nice as in person as they are on phone. My only wish is that they would offer different designs for debit cards, and that they were integrated with Plaid to make moving money easier. But overall 5 star service for a group of people that truly care and go out of their way to be polite, professional and friendly. Nice to be able to go in and sit down with a banker that knows your name and will explain all the options for whatever you are trying to do they have a great mobile app, and locations in Charlotte and Sarasota counties (North Port). I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great local bank that will be there to help manage life's obstacles and plan ahead for your future.
