Great people, super service, reasonable rates for superior work. Night drop off for those that can't get off work befor 5 pm closing time. Pick-up or payment by 4 pm when your car is ready.

When i'm paying you to do a service for me, I expect professionalism on both the vehicle and our exchange of words. This is not the case here, I can give specific examples of blatant disrespect towards myself, a veteran, from the main phone handler, aka the secretary. Joseph was not in for our conversations, as I'm sure he is a great mechanic, although I did not get to experience his work. I wish them well, and hope for better professionalism in the future.

As the service was decent, unfortunately coordinating with the secretary was quite difficult as she wanted to offer her 2 cents on just about everything, rather than letting the customer say and feel how they want. Rather than cutting straight to the point, she, the secretary would rather bicker, go back and fourth, small talk, and actually waste time, rather than figuring out a cars situation. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The utmost disrespect with how they communicate, I feel absolutely disrespected and disgusted, as a member of the armed forces, I have never seen such condescending and arrogant attitudes at such a workplace, like an auto center... NIGHTMARE, do not waste your time, go to the next people up the road or your cousin.
