Ulysses was very helpful as we selected a new mattress. It will be delivered tomorrow, old mattress removed and new mattress set up. I am short at 5ft 2 inches so I requested that the bed be no higher than 2 feet. We’ll see how it goes tomorrow.

I will never buy another matress from this company ever again. I bought a matress that came with an adjustable frame for my daughter. 2 days after it was received the motor stopped working.
I have been dealing with the warranty company for 2 weeks trying to get a new frame cause Matress Firm has refused to assist in replacing the frame and said I had no choice but to go through the warranty company even though everything was only 2 days old.
It has been 2.5 weeks and I still do not have a frame that works. When I asked to return everything to matress firm I'm now being told that they will be charging me a restocking fee for the matress and they won't take the frame back and I have to pay for the frame which is now $300 that was originally free with the purchase of the matress.
When I asked to speak to a regional director or supervisor I was told I have to call you back with their number I'm busy right now with other customers in the store.
Im still at a loss on what to do cause I can't get anyone to respond or assist me in replacing my frame or returning everything for a full refund.
I would not recommend this place or any matress firm to even my worst enemy.

We needed a mattress and box spring quickly because we were visiting family. Mattress Firm had just what we needed. The salesman showed us the foundation option. This worked out better for us. We got what we believe is a quality mattress for a great price point and the foundation enabled us to not need the box spring. We were in and out quickly and efficiently. The staff was efficient and professional.

Chuck was very helpful. He understood that I knew what I wanted and that I had a strict budget. He thanked me for my patience whilst working with other customers but honestly I only waited maybe 15 mins and that gave me time to lay on my mattress and check it out.

The staff here are so welcoming, informative and patient. I went in with a list of features I wanted to find in a mattress. Raymond walked me through a number of different mattresses, giving me as much time as I needed to make the right decision for me and for an incredibly fair price. I walked out with my order placed and the mattress came the next day!! I even got a mattress protector and set of (the softest) sheets included in my order! I'm also incredibly grateful to the delivery driver who helped us place the mattress onto the frame. All in all my experience was superb at Mattress Firm! I would most definitely recommend them for your next mattress purchase!

Jason is incredible. He ensured my experience was thorough and unique. He tailored to my needs, and made sure I walked out with the mattress that worked best for me. He offered me an array of mattresses to try out, and he made sure to check for the availability of the size I was looking for before having me try out the mattresses. This was super helpful because rather than having me try out a bunch just to find out they didn’t have any on site, Jason understood I was trying to walk out with a mattress that day, and made sure to fit the customer experience to my needs. I’m now using the mattress and I sleep very soundly. I never thought buying a mattress could be so easy (or fun), and I recommend anyone who’s looking for their next bed to stop by the mattress firm in Port Charlotte and make sure you speak with Jason.
