My sent went into store for a amazon return of a 7 foot fishing rod that was broke upon delivery. Saline was very rude to him and refused to accept the return stating he needed a box. I went back in with pictures of the item not in a box upon deliver due to it being 7 feet tall. She still refused to help us with return even seeing the photos. Her response was I didn't deliver it broken. No ma'am but ups did and I am doing as I was told by the shipper. Instead of her helping to find a solution she chose to make her snide remarks. Clearly she doesn't realize that no she wasn't the delivery person she is an employee for UPS. Hopefully management sees this and can teach the employee saline to help fix a problem over making it worse.

Waited so long to have items boxed up. Like hour with no one in the store. Kids talked and joked while I watched them work crazy slow. No interest in Customer satisfaction

The entire business will either sink or swim based on this: the customer experience.
Courtney went above and beyond. When I walked in I was greeted. She kindly let me know that if I was pressed for time I could use the self serve kiosk to print a label, and I was not in a rush.
She was kind, I was not rushed, she helped me print a label and she made me laugh. A person like her is what made the white experience one that an employee could learn from. Thanks Courtney.

Horrible customer service do not come here if you need notary service, from the moment we walked in from Courtney came on very strong and rushing and pushing and didn’t seem like she really wanted to help us and when we told her we didn’t like her attitude and she then raised her voice and told us not to talk her like that very ghetto and unprofessional and same as the owner they really don’t know what they’re doing they claimed they can’t get our paper notarized we went to another store and they got done in 5 minutes

I clicked the wrong thing on my return and needed a little help. The lady was working by herself at the 5pm rush and helped me quickly and without complaining. No stress.
