Went today Sunday 7/27/25 said open at 10am got there at 10:30 am lights on doors locked not good at all came home called no answer never going there again big waste of my time .

As a frequent flyer at this UPS Store location (3280 Tamiami Trl Ste 36), I must say I have never had a single bad experience. Every visit to this store I'm always blown away by the professionalism and kind attitudes.
Each and every employee I've dealt with at this location has always been very helpful, courteous, welcoming, efficient, and just very kind. They all have excellent customer service skills at this location and are always very attentive and greet you upon entering the store. It shows the employees here do a great job and work hard and do not act unprofessional even when they are likely flustered or on a tight schedule due to the sheer volume of work they do here on the daily.
Most employees here greet me by name or have made an attempt to learn my name and continue to treat me better than most people who are in customer service positions today!
They all do their job very well and effectively while delivering some of the best customer service I've seen with fantastic attitudes and are all very kind and personable. I completely recommend this location out of any others in the Port Charlotte, North Port, and Punta Gorda area here in Florida due to the consistent position experiences here at this location! Thank you for your incredible hard work and dedication not only to your job but also to treating people with respect and humility. Amazing! :)

The owners of this location are Terrible.
They have ZERO concern or Support for their employees. So unprofessional in the business industry. And if you call the corporate office, they have the same ZERO concern and support.
You might want to think twice about spending your money in a place that does NOT have any care in the world about their employees. I'm sure I will get backlash for this review, especially if the owners get embarrassed.
