I purchased a vehicle from another dealership a week later the vehicle had an issue I brought it back to the dealership where I purchased it. They had it for a week with a lot of false promises till the day came that the "new" service manager called and told me they had sold the dealership to come pick up my vehicle they would not work on it. I was in a frantic mode and called Ford of Port Richey I was connected with a service advisor by the name of Nathaniel he was absolutely amazing right out the gate. He assured me if I got the vehicle to him he would have the problem diagnosed in a timely manner, he not only had the problem diagnosed he had the problem fixed in less than a week. Nathaniel has passion for his job and his loyalty to customers is outstanding. He kept in touch every step of the way. He is an asset to the Ford family. Coming from a family of Fords I will continue to take all my vehicles to him! Thank you again for calming my nerves and bringing back my faith in excellent customer service!!

So I have had nothing but great service from Ford of New Port Richey,,starting with Aria on service, my Ecosport had major motor issue with that said Ford put in new motor.. Aria was so instrumental at getting this accomplished,, long story short decided to trade in Ecosport. This is where Kyle Guthrie comes in, Kyle went way above and beyond to get me into a great Ford Ranger a 2021, he worked non stop to accomplish this. I have had some medical credit issues which made this deal tough but he did an awesome job to complete this. Kyle is a gentleman mostly a highly professional salesman,, I would in a heartbeat use him again. So thank you Kyle and the rest of all of you at Dealership.

Service was great. Arrived fir my 11am appointment, waited about 5 minutes for Service Advisor. The courtesy van took me home. The van was difficult to get into and it was not a smooth rude home. The driver was great! I am sure there are more comfortable and easier access vehicles to use.

Took my 2017 f150 in for first break service. Everyone I encountered was professional and helpful / informative. I dealt with Nate Gonzalez and was very pleased. Although it's 40 minutes away from my home, I will return when needed. *. I have since returned for a steering column control module. They, and Nathaniel, impressed me again with their service. 5 Stars

I always get great service at Ford of Port Richey. My service advisor, Nathaniel Gonzalez is always very tentative of my needs and has not disappointed me yet. They go above and beyond the other Ford dealership in Tarpon Springs.
The other day, I was having my truck serviced and was looking on their website for a vehicle for my wife. I noticed they had an Expedition posted for sale but no pictures were posted. That told me the vehicle was most likely in transit to the dealership. I went up to a salesman and inquired about the vehicle. He confirmed that it was in transit. I left my name and number and he told me he would call as soon as it got there. 2 days later, I noticed that there were now pictures of the Expedition, so that told me the vehicle was there. I called the dealership and was fortunate to have Kyle Guthrie answer the call. I told him I wanted to see the Expedition. He set up an appointment for the following morning, also texted me a confirmation and also called me the following morning while on his way to work assuring me that he would have everything ready for us when we got there. He made the buying process very easy, and also had much of the paperwork completed for us to just sign and go. He didn't play games, was straight forward and was a man of his word. He also called me after the sale to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything else.
THAT is the type of service I expect from a salesperson. If you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle, ask for Kyle Guthrie. You will not be disappointed in his professionalism and his ability to go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied.
