I've been a patient of Dr Michael strobe's for about the last 12 years or so. He is a remarkable human being and doctor and I swear to God he's intuitive about what's wrong with you. He just seems to always get it right and I'm so grateful for him. I am proud to be his patient and I thank him for all that he's done for me and for my family. His entire family is like this and they're all gracious people that are very decent human beings. There's almost nothing I wouldn't do for them! May God bless them all and keep them well and safe and happy, amen

This is the most unprofessional,unethical medical facility I've ever been too in my 64 years. Their major concern is their bottom line first your health comes last. If you cherish your health go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!

Nice nurses but rude and unprofessional doctor. Came in and started making fun of my voice since I've lost it from being sick and can hardly talk without coughing. He imitated it and said "oh no please don't cough on me."

The doctors here are awesome as are the nursing staff. I have 3 doctors here all great. I had a mix up with a blood draw appt. Now it's necessary to go to quest or LabCorp. They told me. I wish they still did the blood work here. It's not that big a deal because I think there's a quest nearby. I didn't realize it had been so long since I did an update on gulf view north n Port Richey.

Gulf Coast Medical Center , Trinity location, the front desk girl working the afternoon on Thursday March 30th , you suck at your job...4:34 running 4 minutes late for a 4:30 appointment and you cancel the visit and get rude about it... Well we will find another provider and hope they fire you

was a patient for over 20 years. quality of care has gotten worse. cut off meds with no warning no call nothing. called out of blood pressure medicine they refused. need a appointment or walk in called 10 min before 5 on my way they said ok got there 2 minutes late they said no one is there to give prescription. told them I would probably have to go to emergency room since they can't help there answer was ok . they could care less is what that sounds like. got a new doctor what a deference I should have done that a long time ago.

I wish they would better schedule to decrease the wait time. I have never been here when the wait was not terrible, an hour or better. My time is as important as theirs.

HORRIBLE - ZERO STARS They canceled numerous appointments on me and then have the nerve to send messages claiming I missed my appointments, when I inquired about the ridiculous billing methods (I kept getting bills from the lab when I should not have as these were well care labs), they REMOVED ME FROM HEALOW. What the heck? Are you frigging serious? I have every right to be upset by a dozen canceled appointments and incorrect billing practices. Thankfully I saved all my phone cancelation messages (I was smart enough to record each and every one) and my lawyer is having a field day with this. Billing routine/well care as diagnostic - ILLEGAL, blaming the patient for cancelations when they were the ones who canceled - ILLEGAL. The reason the cancellations/blame is illegal is because this can cause a patient to be refused disability or Worker's Comp as it would appear the patient wasn't making it to their appointments. What is wrong with these people? Do they not realize that WE are paying THEM and not the other way around? Healthcare has gone into the toilet. It is all about money and no longer about patient care.

I took my mother there for an appointment on Friday. They forgot to call in her prescription and she went without pain medication for the weekend.

Careless in more ways than one and now I can add fraudulent to that based off certified letter Lori B sent fill with lies I will be back for full review as this place needs to be exposed. From over billing, adding things onto visit that weren't done, to prescribing medication which states on chart I was allergic to. Natalie (front desk person) answering the phone and sending be back to cue mid sentence because she was too lazy to want to take proper notes about a prescribed medication I was having issues with. To being issued a certified letter that was filled with lies which is going to be reported to proper authorities, this place is careless. Insurance verification and billing is near impossible to reach and deal with. The list goes on and I will be back as I documented everything. Dr Strobbe not prepared for two tele-visits with no tests on hand. One time he did he missed important information that I had to point out. To playing Dr switch last minute. Like I said the list truly goes on. They are so outdated in their practice and don't even bother to read labs that are right in front of their face, let alone new data and medical info. They are into sickcare not healthcare. I can't wait to come back and explain in detail and report this office
