Pharmacy department always tries to attend customer fast if there’s a long line they immediately open another line. Very friendly and helpful to answer any questions. The pharmacy is very clean and employees are very nice!

If you need an immunization, I definitely recommend this location over the Walgreen’s down the street. In and out in 15 minutes. Tried to get the immunization at Walgreens a couple of days ago. Checked in 15 minutes early per their instructions, waited 30 minutes and found out the system apparently lost my registration. Next was filling out all of the paperwork that I already completed on line. After wasting close to an hour, found out there was an insurance issue (not thier fault). None of this was due to the people working there, they are working in a system that is inefficient and broken. CVS had the information completed on-line and had an efficient system to deal with immunizations.

Jordan took very good care of me. Was extremely informational about the product I purchased. Even filled me in with the coupons and how I could use them the next time I come in. I look forward to coming back. She was beyond helpful. I really appreciate people like this. Especially explaining the coupons to me. It reminds me cvs does have the best deals. And although it's a lot of paper lol it's very useful. Especially during these times. The coupons really come in hand. Thank you so much!! Have a great night! Thank you Jorden!!

Worst customer service ever! I stood in front of self checkout for 12 minutes waiting for an employee to authorize OTC cough syrup. Cashier was busy with 10 people in line and couldn't help.
Pharmacy is the absolute worst. Always more than 7 people waiting to pick up. One cashier working. I'm moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I'm done with CVS.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this CVS pharmacy has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, it has been the worst pharmacy experience I’ve encountered. I had hoped the issues at the nearby location were isolated, but this store has proven to be even worse. Prescriptions are rarely ready on time, and there is a lack of communication when medication shortages occur. On multiple occasions, I have received partial prescriptions, which I understand is not compliant with regulations. When addressed, the staff refers to the notes on the paperwork, but this does not adequately inform the patient, as direct communication is necessary. Additionally, the incorrect quantity of medication is often provided, leading to higher costs than if the full prescription were dispensed. Furthermore, the staff is unresponsive to questions or concerns, leaving patients without necessary support. Many individuals rely on their medications for health reasons, and delays or errors can result in serious consequences. Unfortunately, this pharmacy seems to lack concern for these issues. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere and strongly advise others to consider doing the same.

This is the worse pharmacy ever. You can’t speak to anyone on the phone and they don’t call back, when you leave a message. I don’t know why anyone still uses them and how they’re still in business

Cashiers work really hard have to deal with sum customers who are very rude … They always smile deal with all types of customers very nice… me I love all of them cashiers.. management it’s like my little family I visit every now and then

This is hands down the worst Pharmacy I've ever been to In My Life I thought the other CVS down the street was bad. This place never has your prescriptions ready on time they don't even tell you if a short you're on medication and give you a partial prescription which is illegal. When you confront them about it they say oh well it's on the piece of paper no you still have to tell somebody and then they don't even give you the right quantity and every time they do that it costs way more than it would if you got your full prescription there are no help when you ask them any questions or have any concerns. People rely on their medication some of us have very bad reactions when they don't take it but apparently they can care less I am absolutely bringing my prescriptions elsewhere and if I were you I would never fill my prescriptions here

We LOVE the CVS at 1300 SW St. Lucie West Blvd. The employees are always pleasant and helpful! They're quick to help locate whatever we are looking for and it's WONDERFUL how good they are about applying any possible coupons! Great products! GREAT VALUE!
