We just returned from a trip to your store. Wonderful service from Nancy in the garden center. She was so knowledgeable and caring. The checkout was easy and accommodating by Donna. She realized we needed help with our purchase to the car and arranged for an assistance. Thank you ladies.

I bought a cubcadeat zt1 42" surged really bad and mower shut off and wouldn't start I strongly believe that storing the riding mowers are stored outside for weather and animals cuaseing issues that I'm dealing with and I refuse to pay for a new engine due to the mowers being rusted and the way they are stored outside and I will not being buying anything else for lawn equipment due to the mowers issue and I'm so upset I got ripped off. Next time I order a new mower it will not be at home Depot because they don't care bout the product just sales and I think it sad but true and I refuse to pay more money for a new motor everything should have been inspected and tested before it rolls out and. Home Depot let me down i enjoyed home Depot. But after my terrible ordeal with a products you guys let sit out side and put it on sale when people refuse to buy it due to rusty parts or getting wet by rain and sprinklers for planets and wet electrical parts and possibly in motor through the muffler and runis the motor and it covered under warranty very very ridiculous to have something costed that much I better not see spec of rust on any mower but I doubt I can get a assistance with it because I'm not paying for a new motor for something I didn't do such as storing the mower outside but it is to be noted I'll be very appreciated if I can get assistance on a a solution to my problem that's all I want is some accountability instead of the customer getting blamed sale the junk mowers order new ones and store then inside I'll be buying a bettermowebrand and a dealer that doesn't make you jump though hoops to get help have a good day

It's well kept..isles are usually clear and well stocked... It's not good when it comes to fair pricing... a $5 wirer stripper shouldn't cost $20.. they probably have what you need... but for a premium cost

Danny in the tools department helped me genuinely! He was helping another customer and then assured me in picking screws to fix my curtains. I am very pleased with my shopping experience at this Home Depot, girls at the register were also knowledgeable and kind!

I have been coming in this HD for years , all my projects from kitchen , bathroom , small big jobs ,
First I thought it is a nice and friendly helpful sore but the more I came to the store I knew I was definitely wrong about it.
There are a few workers there that working on floors nice , but most of them are so not helpful and rude, in my case it was even worst probably because I am an Asian American? or so , the guy was helping couple Spanish in plumbing section and I was in the rush because store will be closed in 30 minutes , he helped them exactly what I wanted to buy and I asked him first question , he said can you see the number? Without even looking at my face , when the couple were left after his helps , I asked him another question and he answer no without looking at me again
I asked are you sure?. And then he said he didn’t know which he helped the Spanish couple exactly what I asked him…and also he works there everyday or at least 5 days in that store on plumbing and electrical .
Also I orders online from their apps a lot, last month I order 4 butcher block wood counter top. They gave me 4 broken pieces from both side I came to the store and asked them to help then the customer services told me she will tell her manager to call me to discuss about options , never seen anything until now.
In the same month I calve to return a fldewalt tool the customers service lady tried to not give me back the tax money , I had to tell her to ca her manager out and got my money back .
So on …
I will never go back to this store again , remember that you are not the only home improvement store, you might be busy but that won’t last if you have some kind worst workers without customers services like these , they who’ll ruin it !!
I will tell all my family and friend to go to different stores for their suppliers , that was it!

Great teamwork in appliances at the Home Depot located in Port St. Lucie, St Lucie West. NANCY was a great appliance specialist. She educated me and sent me home with statistics and homework and told me to come back with my choices. She was so attentive. I was later assisted by Ms. TONYA the specialist Supervisor who helped out Nancy who was servicing a few customers at the time. Ms. Tonya was quite pleasant and accommodating. . . The deal was then sealed with DANIELLE from flooring who lent a hand and processed my order.
This teamwork was amazing. I am excited about receiving my Electrolux washer / dryer tower. 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽.

Good inventory on everything.Service not so much . I feel as though the employees try and hide from you . If you have the Home Depot app then you can usually find your own stuff pretty easily.
