This place is getting worst everyday , Return department very bad attitude , good luck trying to find someone on the isles and if you find someone really bad attitude , cashier are the only one that are happy to work there I guess , rest of the team sucks including the assistance manager ( African American guy), we are costumer that spend money there and help pay your salaries get your stuff together guys!!

Got a small appliance yesterdat. Got it home and attempted to install it today. Severely damaged. Not a problem, things happen. Called the store and waited for a while to speak with an appliance person. Did not get one. Spoke to customer service, which was busy. I get it. But what could have been a five minute ordeal turned into almost 45 minutes after the customer service person kept me on hold while she allegedly checked other stores. Told me they didn't carry the item and that I must have special ordered it. Seriously bought it day before in store. Had the receipt...the whole thing. Once I started spouting off numbers the tune changed and they just couldn't do anything about it. Second damaged appliance I've gotten. But the customer service was horrible this time.

Every time I come to this location, I have a bad experience. Unfortunately, I live 10 minutes away from here versus when I lived in Stuart. A couple weeks ago I came to purchase 24x24 concrete pavers. I asked the cashier to have someone assist me. I waited for 20 minutes. Went back to the cashier to remind her that I still need assistance... waited another 25 minutes. No one came, so I had to lift these pavers by myself... 9 in total. It could possibly be that they were under staff. I wish she had communicated that to me.

This location usually has what I need but today I go in and there are only 7 half emptied bags of mulch left. No problem, I needed 5 so I grabbed 6 since all were torn up and 1/4 - half was missing and all over the floor. I figured, well hey maybe I can get a small discount or something since none of these bags were complete. Nope the lady tells me I have to pay full price for damage and missing goods?? Ok no problem. I don't have time today but next time I will be causing a fuss....or better yet, I'll just be taking my business to Lowe's. This is a horrible business practice. It was on 12/7/24 at 1030am. Disappointed home Depot, just disappointed....

Love to shop at this location, great customer service. However , the surrounding area is so dirty . The manager should look into it.the shopping experience will be much more pleasurable to everyone.

We rented a van, the worst experience ever right after i turned on the AC It had a terrible smell, stink so bad, home Depot you have to take care of this details horrible experience

I give this store less than a 1. Customer Service at this store is horrible. Dennis and the other woman that works in the tool department we're the rudest employees I have ever met. I didnt get her name but shes short with highlights and glasses . She pushed us out of the way and didnt even say excuse me.No one says hi how are you? Can I help you find something. This store needs to get a real Customer Service run down. Every single employee in that store are just rude no one says hi everyone acts like they hate there job. This is the last visit to that location.
