The service of these people is CRAP and VERY EXPENSIVE. I recommend that you NEVER DO YOUR TAX RETURN WITH THESE PEOPLE. They processed our documents very poorly and left us stranded on the road. A year later I continue to BATTLE ALONE to receive my tax refund!

Went to Elite Accounting & Income Tax yesterday to file my taxes and had the worst experience ever. The Spanish speaking man at the front did not offer to do our taxes face to face; instead, he gathered our documents and driver's licenses and proceeded to begin filing our taxes from behind a plexiglass shield which is very in impersonable. When I asked him why we had to wait in the lobby without any interaction from him (such that we may specify any deductions we may want to take, etc.), he just stated that was their way of doing things at this company. It is not recommended that you go here to file your taxes, rest assured you will be happy that you filed your tax elsewhere. Try H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt, or Liberty Tax Service; I'm most sure that you will be more satisfied going to them versus wasting a trip to Elite Accounting & Income Tax.

My husband and I had our taxes done and what a wonderful experience! The new laws were explained to us, which of course we didn't understand at the time. It was so nice to deal with someone who was honest and took the time to explain things to us. I highly recommend everyone to have your taxes done by Elite Accounting!!

Best tax service experience ever!!!! I am so HAPPY I chose to use Carlos Ramirez EA Tax Service. They are so knowledgeable and friendly and know income tax like the back of their hand, unlike many bigger companies who just input numbers into a computer. Their fee was extremely less than what I am used to paying so that is another huge plus! Fantastic service!!!!

Over the years I have had the opportunity of dealing with different individuals to assist me with the preparation of my taxes. When I moved into the area, Carlos Ramirez came highly recommended.
