Worst experience ever! Purchased a new vehicle- Ataan the sales person was awful. Steve the manager said he didn’t train Ataan so was not responsible. The van has multiple problems including not starting when you push the button. GPS Keeps reloading. Bumper not placed properly and is jimmyed onto the vehicle. Clip broke and I have a waving panel in the back…happened within 3 weeks of purchase. They deny deny deny- pass the buck to Toyota. They are holding my money hostage and my husband is in the hospital and needs this van ASAP! They are taking advantage of a Vietnam veteran and the VA. They lied lied lied to get our business!
No customer service skills. No follow through just passing the buck. Steve Rudolph you should be ashamed!

I have taken my handicap accessible vehicles to Buddy's for repairs for over twenty years. Mobility Works is better than Buddy's. My wheelchair van needed an electrical repair that was difficult to diagnose. General Manager, Steve, and the repair technicians worked tirelessly to find the problem, and did the repair in an efficient and timely manner. Steve is extremely courteous, pleasant, and helpful, and made the entire experience a very positive one. I will definitely be going back!

On 3/18/2024 I went to Mobilty works in Fort Pierce, 6144 S USHWY 1. I was referred by Mifflin’s Hood, manager of Wallace Nissan in Stuart Florida!
I was welcomed by ELAINE MATHEWS and believe me folks I am really a happy customer from day one at this BUDDY shop and store!
Me and my wife felt right away the warmed welcome from Elaine and how we were comfortable to start listening to what she would recommend in a topper I was looking to purchase for my Nissan Frontier 2024.
My visit at Terry’s shop in Fort Lauderdale, was so disappointing and decided to follow Mr. Hood from Wallace Nissan his recommendation and referral!
The 1 hour ride to Fort Pierce from Pompano Beach was worth to place the order with MOBILITY WORKS in FORT PIERCE FLORIDA!
Elaine recommended me a Classic ARE topper and it was expected to be delivered 5/31/2024!!
Well folks, surprised to receive a phone call from Elaine that my topper was received at their shop earlier!!
On 4/5/2024 I drove to Fort Pierce and at 2:00pm I was scheduled for installation!
I must say:: TOP NOTCH SERVICE if you need whatever it is for your Truck, or anything related to wheel chairs or accessories for your vehicle do not hesitate to call this facility!!
I am a very happy customer and I will take the ride to Fort Pierce again if I need to purchase something for my vehicle!
Price wise compared to Fort Lauderdale or Pompano, you will safe MONEY!!!
Friendly staff and a great place to have things done on your vehicle!!

Years ago, Buddy's (now Mobility Works) put a lift inside my Kia Telluride to bring my Go Go Scooter inside the car by just pressing a button. It gave me my life back.This week, I found that the arm that swings out to get the scooter wasn't working and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule that day. Chuck did the repair and it is once again working perfectly. They only charged me $83 for that work - I'm so appreciative.While waiting, I saw a Go Go Scooter in their showroom on saleand took the opportunity to replace my aging scooter.Thanks Keith, Chuck, and Steve. You are the best.

Very polite and helpful. Recently had to rent a wheelchair accessible van. The vehicle was top notch and the rates are affordable. Kudos to the Rental Coordinator for all your help through a difficult situation. And thank you for offering such a valuable service to our community.

Not a very friendly bunch, including the owner and his wife. No one ever spoke to me without me having to start conversation. Waited a couple of hours to get finished with my truck and headed off. Not likely to ever return unless absolutely necessary. Plenty of other places to waste my money.

MobilityWorks Fort Pierce FL is the best place to buy a wheelchair accessible van. The sales team with Ataan and Stephen were both patient with my needs for a vehicle. When I was ready, they (along with the rest of the team at MobilityWorks) moved fast and efficiently to get me in the right van for me and my family. I will only use MobilityWorks from now on!
