I would give no stars if possible. they have a new lead that is so lazy she wants to shave all dogs down instead of brushing them. the previous visit she threatened that if I didnt pick up my dog within 15 min after being done then I will be charged a fee for dog sitting. it didn't matter that they we're running over an hour late and that I also am trying to juggle my errands without knowing when they would finish my dog. also I live 15 minutes away so it's impossible for me to make it there before 15 min. after 20 years of grooming two dogs with them I will never return due to the poor customer service!!!

Large store, very neat and clean. Staff is hard to find when you need help. Cashier overcharges, check your receipts.

Crickets for my Tarantula is the order of the day. They have "small" crickets for my sling, they are close and Jason was able to talk me down off the ledge when I was worried that my T is to small for these "small" crickets. He was super nice, knowledgeable and amenable. I go back every week or two. :) Thank you Pet Supermarket! You can trust me, why wouldn't you? ;D

I’ve been a customer of this location for well over 6 years and have spent a lot of money there and won’t be going back. The employee Genora is very rude and short tempered. I’ve had to deal with her poor attitude twice now. She even went as far as following me out to the parking lot cursing and took a picture of my vehicle plate as a threat after she knew I was going to make a complaint about her poor customer service to their corporate headquarters. I’m a 63 year old disabled female and I don’t need this added stress trying to buy food for my pets.

Just had an employee there cuss at me and my mom!!! She left the store to follow us out and cussed at us!!!! Y’all better do something about her now. About a month ago she got nasty towards my mom because there was no help there and she made comments how she has to do everything and even walked away leaving my mom up at the register for awhile till she decided to come back…… and my mom even told her than to lose the attitude. Here we are again dealing with the same employee!!!! Her name is Genora!!! She needs to learn not harass customers!!!!!!! She even took a picture of our car as we drove off!!!!!!

In comparison to Pet smart it is a little smarter, but the store did not waste any space, I would have to say probably close to the same in stock items. Store was clean and people were nice. Had what I was looking for, so good stop all in all.

This store is convenient for me to go to, staff is nice, not very knowledgeable of products or recommendations, lately they are constantly out of stock of the dog food my dog can eat so I have to go to another location, the good thing is that they honor price of other stores.

Beautiful birds and we got 3 parakeet beautiful ,,,bluewii his blue ,,,sunshine shes yellow,,and kiwii she is green ,,, cielo his white adorable loving very friendly the kids hold them almost all day they talk and swing ,,, im so allergic to pets but this birds have not given me any allergies ????
