I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Jabran from Luxury Auto Mall in Homestead Fl! He truly went above and beyond for my ill father in his desperate time of need. He was in an accident that totaled his handicap accessible vehicle and Jabran made the process of having to purchase a new to him handicap van. The process was made as quick and painless as it could possibly be from Fl to Nj. When there was an issue with the automatic door which is needed for my father’s motorized chair, Jabran took the time and diligence to make it right and get it fixed in a timely manner. The van was purchased used as is but Jabran truly went above and beyond to help my father knowing he had missed a number of dr appointments that are needed weekly ! Thank you so very much!!!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Luxury Auto Mall. This was the first vehicle I ever purchased on eBay and the service was impeccable. Jabhan was on top of everything! He was having honest and transparent. Would definitely trust them again.

My experience with this dealership was amazing. I saw a BMW x5 listed on ebay and wanted to fly out to see the vehicle. The owners made sure they were available when my flight arrived. The car was beautiful, clean title and well kept. Actually I don't think I saw any car on the lot that was not well maintained. I fell in love purchased the vehicle and had it shipped. They really made this transition easy! I would recommend Luxury Auto Mall to anyone!

they sold me a suv tha nedds 4700 in repairs to be safe on the road. i have treid since nov 6th to get this resolved but no solution yet. i hope this gets worked out but if not i will do my best to get it resolved. at this time please do not buy from them

I won an auction for a 2006 MB E320 CDI. Purchase and transport easy. I expected road worthy. Instead a check engine light, car stalling, leaking fuel and coolant all within 3 miles of driving. local Mercedes mechanic found many problems.$3400 in repairs and Jabran says he'll call back still waiting. Think Twice.**update 11-02-2022**Dealer offered to pay for some of the repairs while this cost both parties monies it resolved the issue. Appreciate Jabran's willingness to get this resolved.

We just purchased a Chevy Astro van from Jabran at Luxury Auto Mall by winning an auction. We were able to bid on the car by viewing the pictures and records which were posted. The purchase and transport could not have been easier. We live 2,700 miles from the dealership. Jabran even assisted with shipping the van. Jabran was honest and always available to answer questions. I have to admit, buying a car 1500 miles away, sight unseen, and paying for it, is an exercise in anxiety. However, Jabron was fantastic. I bought a 2009 Mercedes Benz e320 diesel sedan.Every thing Jabron said about the car was true. Extremely low mileage, not a scratch on it, interior like new, and brand new tires. The car runs like a swiss watch.Jabron was honest and put me at ease. I would not hesitate to buy another car from him. Thank you.

Bought a vehicle on eBay and have never done this before. Vehicle was exactly as described and the people were awesome to deal with. I had to take a plane and live 1500 miles away. I would gladly do business here again and anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle here should. Nothing but great things to say. The people actually care about the vehicle you are buying and are willing to work with you and have answers to all questions.

My Girlfriend and I bought a car from them a few weeks ago and I have to say, it was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. We very much appreciated the no pressure sales approach. When we arrived the salesman were great about answering all of our questions but also giving us space to look at the car and discuss our thoughts in private. The entire process after we decided to buy the car only took about 20 minutes! All in all we we have nothing negative to say, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering buying a vehicle.

We just purchased a car from Luxury Auto Mall by winning an EBay auction. We were able to decide to bid on the car by viewing the pictures and the detailed records which were posted. The entire transaction could not have been easier. We live 1500 miles from the dealership and decided have the car shipped. Mr. Malik even assisted us with shipping and kept us informed every step of the way. Car was delivered to our door in less than a week; it looks and drives just as described. We dropped the car at our mechanic for a complete check and not only did it pass with flying colors, he said, "It's a beautiful car!" We are extremely happy customers!

I bought my BMW convertible here after seeing an ad on Facebook marketplace in August, 2020When I first arrived to see the car everything looked good except the rear window had a motor problem. I spoke with the owner (Jabran) about this and he said he would have one of his guys fix it for less money than I was quoted for at another place as long as I brought in the new replacement piece. I left the dealer with my new car unsure if Jabran would honor his word about the repair and whether or not I would incur any future “hidden charges”. But two weeks later when I returned with the replacement part I was happy to learn that Jabran is a MAN OF HIS WORD! Not only did we get the window fixed, Jabran was so helpful he cleaned up the headlights for me personally himself!I invite you to see for yourself the kind of A1 hospitality you will receive at Luxury Automall Inc. 100%!
