Great place. Very happy with the friendly staff and pricing was much better than other locations. I received the 2nd month free promotion. No administrative fees or mandatory insurance to buy. They also told me that there is no 3 or 6 month price increase. Very happy with this secured place.

I recently relocated to the north Fort Myers area and needed somewhere to store my cargo trailer. Ace Mini Storage was recommended. Erin who is the property manager was absolutely amazing. Very informative. Very professional. Took me out to see a spot. That would work for me. Pricing was good. Paperwork was done in no time. Very painless. Erin runs a very, very good business.

Was last storage place in town that had a unit. Put our household items in and wanted to check during the rain to see if everything was ok... water was pouring in from a rusted spot on theRoof ( yes, we had insurance) threw out new tv and new couch. lady working upfront was super apologetic and fixed the leak. They state they have bug service but always a good idea to spray yourself it is hot and humid and roaches love these conditions we had a few tiny roach sightings but

I want to give a BIG shout out to Ace Mini Storage. They are awesome. I started with one unit and now have three. Erin in the office is great. She is always there to help and keeps the place looking good. I know my things are safe while stored there. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

We store our travel trailer here. The price is amazing compared to other local storage places. They are doing a lot to update. They are really friendly.
