These guys are the best! My motorizes garage screen started acting up and was making horrible sounds. I called around 12:30pm today and the service tech showed up just now at 3:00pm. Now that is super service! It only took the tech 10 minutes to do the repair.

We have lived in the area since 2010 and have used this company numerous times for work and our home and even replacing windows on a home in Rotonda West that we flipped in 2012. We have always had their service people come out and take care of whatever problem we had without fail and promptly. Now since Ian it seems they have the excuse of sitting in the showroom and want all their customers to come to them and buy parts and use a screwdriver to correct any issues, It is very obvious that Ian has allowed this company to show their true colors of poor customer service or no customer service and a complete lack of integrity. Needless to say we will never use them and will stop recommending them to anyone as we have done in the past. Wish there was a lower star to give them to show our disappointment in a company that we thought so much of.

Maria's worst service rep doesn`t know how to listen and keeps disconnecting the call. Your company is wasting money to pay Maria. It looks like you are the owner of the company acting like that. Lol.

Hurricane screen was installed in 2018 and it held up beautifully for Hurricane Ian! Saved us from enormous trouble. Professional, helpful and courteous staff. Can't recommend this product enough.

We had screens and vinyl replaced in our Florida room and had a new screened in area on our porch. We live in a mobile home that was hit hard by Ian. We had absolutely no damage in either area. I am so grateful for the fabulous work. Thank you Active.

Called them on Friday with a broken garage door, they had come out an had it fixed by 3pm same day an price was best in town.
