Had a great experience here. The agent that assisted me, David, was top notch. Getting our car was super easy upon arrival. At departure our airline stranded us and he was instrumental in getting us back into our rental and on our way.

I used to use other rental companies but if all Budgets were as easy as this one, I am permanently switching to Budget. No extra fees for spouse to drive and even gave us an upgrade! Super easy pick up and drop off!
