Second time is a charm! Kevin, service manager at Lincoln Gettel is outstanding! He says what he's gonna do and he does what he says! My service was smooth and convenient. My Lincoln was picked up at my home, a rental was provided, progress was readily provided and my car was returned to my home washed and in perfect running condition! Thank you, Kevin!

I had a Ford safety recall on a backup camera. I was strung along for 3 months by Chris on the recall. First I was told that they would send a mobile repair van to do the repair. Several months passed and no repair. i was then told that they would do the repair in the shop. I was unable to get a live person to schedule the repair. I made at least 10 phone calls to the repair shop. I called again today and Chris told me that they are closing their repair facility and told me to go elsewhere for the safety repair. Needless to tay the customer service at this dealership is atrocious . They made it clear that they do not care about their customers or their safety. I would strongly recommend avoiding the dealership for service or vehicle purchases due the lack of customer service.

Provided professional service and did not try to upcharge me. I needed a lot of general maintenance done on my truck due to milage. They looked for all the discounts and charged me appropriately. Outstanding service

This dealership continues to be a challenge to work with. Their service department is subpar, at best. Even if something is under warranty they will find a reason to try to charge you. I will not ever purchase a car from them again, nor use them to service my vehicle.

The service in the sales area was very good, but the service offices were very bad. They made us wait outside in a temperature of 95° while they fixed the car. Very poor service.

After being involved in a 4-car accident, I bought my replacement car from Gettle in May. I immediately brought it back to be looked over for a loud whining sound when I accelerated and a knocking sound when stopped. They held my car hostage for over a week just to diagnose it, left me with no car or loaner car. When it came time to fix it, they again had my car for almost 2 weeks. Both times, they wrote down when it was needed back by. Both times I'd call for updates and they'd ignore my calls. After they "fixed" over $4,500 worth of repairs (and tried to charge me!), I got it home and realized the next day that now my backup camera doesn't work. Called them yet again, left a message with a Steve or Kevin(?) for Dan who I had been working with, and they are ignoring my calls again. BEWARE!

One of the worst experiences at Gettel Lincoln. This is my 3rd purchase from the Gettel group and by far the worse and my last. To much to text, poor communication and no follow up.
I'll be going elsewhere next time.
