Great place. Location is amazing. Just a few steps to the beach. The property is great with a perfect sitting area in back and pool. And the staff is awesome!!

This place is in a great location, across the street from the beach and away from all the crowds. The room was huge, pet friendly so I was able to travel with my two small dogs. Everything was very clean and maintained, new appliances in the kitchen. The pool/patio/dock was great! They provide beach chairs and all that stuff too! You can tell with all the details and care that goes into the decoration, maintenance of these areas and the plants etc. So Pretty! All the staff was super friendly and hospitable, I will be back!

We had an unexpected one night trip on Saturday night. Everyone working there was wonderful! I appreciate all of their help during a difficult situation. The ladies were so friendly; the hotel was lovely; and the view was beautiful! When I have a planned trip to the area, I will book a trip for a much longer stay at Sand Vista!

Katie and Colleen were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond when we booked our room at the last minute due to some travel issues. I highly recommend the hotel. It was very clean and had all the amenities. This is a great location to visit and stay for a week.

Hi! So I don’t usually write reviews, but being a teacher as I am, I think it’s good for others to know when there is good accommodations and service to be had. I would like to say you will not go wrong by booking a stay here. It’s such a cute and quaint hotel and right across the street from the beach. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was awesome and the amenities it has are fantastic, and they are pet friendly which is plus because it’s just me and my bernedoodle. It was just what I needed after a long tough school year and this will be the first place I go to book when I need a “staycation” as I live an hour away! We stayed last Sunday for the evening and wish we would have been able to stay longer! Colleen was the sweetest with our check in and had our room ready to go. The place is super clean and the pool was nice and refreshing. Bonus, we got to see a mom manatee with her baby right off the dock off the back of the resort. We will 100% plan another trip here and recommend it to anybody. Thank you Sand Vista for the amazing experience!
Rooms: We stayed at the king suite with pullout sofa. Perfect for a couple or family with kids.

We booked a last minute weekend getaway here and it was such a relaxing fantastic stay. The rooms are outdated, however, they still make it very cozy. It’s a little Mom and Pop place, nothing fancy, but very homey. It’s very clean. They provide beach towels and chairs for the beach, has a small pool, and they allow pets. It’s right on the canal, we saw dolphins and manatees. The beach access it literally a 2 minute walk across the street. Access to good restaurants and a little convenience store next door. We were welcomed with opened arms. The owner and his assistant were absolutely amazing. She definitely made us feel wanted and like family. We LOVE this place and this will ALWAYS be our go to.

We had the most wonderful stay with our little one at Sand Vista. Coleen and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing and did everything they can to make you feel welcome and taken care of. No matter what issues arise, the staff drops everything to make sure you have what you need on a timely fashion. With beach access right across the road and a beautiful view of the bay on the backside, along with a pool. You have everything you need for vacation. The rooms are cozy and have multiple size/amenity offerings depending on what you’re looking for. The bang for your buck goes much farther than other places in the area. We will certainly be back on our next trip.
Rooms: Clean, cozy, and come with extra pillows and blankets if needed.
Nearby activities: Beach, pool, putt putt golf about a mile down the road.
Safety: No parties, or excessive noise. Close to the road, but you don’t hear anything in your rooms as the traffic calms down at night and in the morning.
Walkability: Close beach access near by. Corner store 3 buildings down for snacks, drinks, and other essentials.

Great little place across the street from the ocean. Swimming pool, dock for fishing, and clean. Noise level I was surprised people sitting outside talking but ended at reasonable hour, and street noise very little. And most of all pet friendly. Not too much set up for dogs need to walk pup off premises for toilet and no designated area for dogs but I can deal with that as long as he can stay with us. Allowed on dock, but not at poolside, or green area. Still great place and reasonable price.
Rooms: Small nicely decorated. We did queen suite so we had full fridge stove electric, microwave, bed comfortable, high so if short bring step stool ?. 2 nice recliners full dresser and TV. I give it a ?? 10
Nearby activities: Beach, stores, restaurants, liquor stores
Safety: Not crazy packed and not many parties going on.
Walkability: Easy walking to anything you need
Food and drinks: Restaurant up and down Gulf Blvd

Very nice ran motel. Rooms are a little small but have everything you could need. The hard working owner and her way of making her tenants fill welcome is the reason for my 5 star review.
