I will never in life go back to this place, I went in already prewashed and she asked if I'd like a deep conditioning, my dumb ass said yes! And about 2weeks later when ready to wash I smell this awful smell like a chemical and sure enough my hair has not been the same since.
My hair was full thick and super curly
Now my shit is extremely damaged and limp with no curls and falling out! They sneak chemical in your hair. Pls don't go if you have full thick curly hair. I'm seriously depressed behind this.

I moved from PA to Florida about 2 years ago, been going to the same hair stylist for over 10 years back in PA came down here and I felt lost trying to find a good beauty Hair salon to feel comfortable with, and a friend of mine recommended Belleza, I'm absolutely ? satisfied with the services. The girls are all nice and they always welcome you with a smile ?.

I've been coming to this beauty salon for almost 3 years, Rosa is my beautician, I feel good here they do a great job to my Hair. Mary cut my hair in January and is already grown (July). I'm amazed how fast my hair is growing. My hair is beautiful eversince I started to come here to this salon.
These girls are super professional.

The salon was recommended to us by my sister after going herself. My daughter had beautiful naturally curly hair. We would straighten it for special occasions from time to time maybe once or twice in a year in previous years. We decided we would get her hair straightened for prom. We initially went to see if we would like how her hair responded to the humidity after getting it straightened. It did fine so we returned the day of prom to get hair done. It turned out fine for prom and she was happy. The next day she washed her hair and was devastated because after several washes unlike as in previous times her hair was still straight and her smelled like chemical was put in her hair and it would not revert back to her curls. She has never had chemicals in her hair nor did I give permission to put chemicals in her hair. I did go back to let them know that her hair would not revert back to her curls. The response from the workers was that it was because of the high heat they use but regardless of the heat her hair should not have smelled like a chemical or been only straight with no curls. They claimed no chemicals were used. Again she has had her hair straightened before and it had no problems reverting back to her natural curl pattern. I really hope that these women are doing ethical business practices and not ruining black girls/women's hair on purpose. No amount of heat would damage a persons hair after two visits with no regular straightening happening. She had none of her natural curl pattern its totally straight. She cried for hours and is still not happy with her hair.

DO NOT BLEACH YOUR HAIR HERE . They will not take precautions with the bleach they use . they gave me a chemical burn through out my scalp and forehead it’s been a WEEK with this chemical burn . I asked for a refund and they only gave me half my money I spent $200+ I deserve to get a FULL REFUND this Solon does not face their problems I literally payed to get a chemical burn .

This salon is so unprofessional! They over charged my daughter and didn’t tell her the price until after they swiped her card. DON’T go here unless you want your hair over processed and heat damaged!

I was referred here. I walked in for my appointment early and was never spoken to when my appointment was over 30 minutes late. Then when I was attended to, they took me to wash my hair. I told them my appointment was for color and cut. Then they put me under the blow dryer and I had to ask how much longer to see the stylist. I walked out after 10 minutes. Worst experience ever.
