Pharmacy does not notify you if there is a problem with your prescription until you go to pick it up and needed the medicine days ago. Very disappointed in the service. Have refills, but always a problem, call your doctor ! Wait again for days for it to be filled !

The pharmacist is the rudest man I've ever met. I came in days after my doctor called in a prescription. He was rude and dismissive when telling me they were out of stock and on backorder for both my medications. Then LIED TO ME and said they cannot transfer the prescription because it is a controlled substance. Funny. I called anothet Publix and they said they could absolutely transfer the prescription.
Avoid this jerk at all costs. Go to the Pharmacy on 301 instead

One star reviews for Publix show how sorry Yelps rating system is. People only write reviews when they are crying. Never when getting what they expect. People are serious cry baby's. Who do you think you are to feel so important all you can do is try to hurt someone else. Your sad.

Literally the worst experience I’ve had with a pharmacy in don’t know how long. Basically refused to fill prescriptions for no reason provided minimal help and was also incredibly rude. If I could leave a zero star, I would.

Publix is in decline it is a shame for I know this was the gold standard for groceries, yes a little more expensive but used to be worth it. My recent experience is as follows, I went to deli to order a sub, standing there waiting for assistance watching everyone behind counter ignoring me feeling that I was invisible. The worst part is when another gentleman walked up after me, he was greeted with "What can help you with" Unfortunately this is not a one off event but a growing trend. Publix if you read this please get your act together.

Pharmacy is consistently understaffed and unable to fill same day scripts. Antibiotics aren’t something we can afford to wait around for and you are supposed to be able to get scripts “filled while you shop”. This is the Winn Dixiest Publix I have ever encountered.

We hardly ever post bad reviews and have shopped at Publix for many many years......NO MORE. So sick and tired of shopping at this store! The bagged lettuce is constantly expired. I confronted the manager several months ago about this issue and he acted like it really wasn't a concern....went to buy lettuce on or about Dec 8th and the bag lettuce expiration date was 11/11/2022....the produce manager was restocking the produce that day so I asked him why they sell expired lettuce and he said it was fresh because they received it that day!?!?! He acknowledged it was expired but guaranteed me it was fresh and put it back on the shelf......C'MON MAN!!!! Your lettuce is horrible!!!! Next stop will be the health department bc I am tired of it!!!! Not shopping here anymore!

Good customer service. The pharmacist was very helpful and appreciated them taking my transferred prescription when no other pharmacies had my medication in stock.
