Well the wife and I went in to your office today ready with money in hand . We had Rosa, everything was great til my wife said she gave her 2 weeks notice do to the move, Rosa gave us a nasty look as she was folding up the paperwork like we completely wasted her time. Now mind you I make way more then they require. But your lose someone else's gain. Sad wonder how many other prospects she chases off

Amazing place, quiet area. I've been living there for years and had a great time . And great services from the staff office specifically Rosa the manager who is a very professional and very helpful. I give a 5 stars to all the team and I believe they deserve that.

Nicki is awesome! Made the leasing process so easy. First place I looked when I relocated. Met me months later at the mailboxes...and remembered my name and apt number. Check it out and ask for Nicki.

The apartment is good but it is SO difficult to get the maintenance team to do their job. I just moved in and wanted to fix everything so it is ACTUALLY walk in condition. For example, I tried to replace my outlets and they replaced them. HOWEVER, the guy that came in my unit tried to tell me they are walk in condition... but they were super old and looked terrible. I had to step in and say, "DUDE THEY LOOK LIKE CRAP" and then he decided to replace them. It is the same story with my bathroom sink, it looks absolutely horrible and they refuse to replace it. They even said themselves it is RUSTY. Their excuse was that it is a chaper faucet and it will get calcium build up anyways. I know for a fact however, if they had this faucet in their own home, THEY WOULD REPLACE IT. (Attached are photos of the sink, and yes i cleaned it) I have sent a total of 3 service requests and I basically have had the same response, "sink works fine and doesn't need replacement." The first request I sent out, the first guy that came said he will get "management approval." I few days later I see it in my email saying the job is "completed." NOT EVEN NOTIFYING ME in person or phone. (They didn't want to tell me). The second time the guy came in my unit and took a photo and said the same thing, "he will show his boss the photo." Same thing except my email said it was running fine and there was no need to fix it. Attached is the third email I got back. I want them to do their job and hopefully this review will do something. I have already let the property managers know about this but have not heard back from them. (It's been a couple of days)

Had a very warm welcome from Rosa and she was so helpful all the way up till we moved in. She is such a nice lady. I feel at home at the Abbey. It's also a very beautiful place with nice apartments.

Who would’ve of thought I will be living in Wedgewood/Abbey apartments lol but Miss Murphy made the process so swift and enjoyable and calming for we know, looking for place oh, can be overwhelming and stressful, but she stuck it out and answered some questions with clarity to help you understand the process such an amazing woman. New tenant!!!!

I had a great experience with everyone in the office (especially Nikki) except for the manager Vanessa. She’s not a pleasant person at all. I had paid rent online and screenshotted the completion/confirmation of rent being paid. For whatever reason it did not go through their system and I got a notice on my door the next day. I went straight to the office to show the confirmation that I did pay on the day of and showed the amount in my account proving that I did have the money for it. I then wrote a check right away for them but she still made me pay the late fee which is not cheap at all. She barely gave me the time of day to look at me as I spoke to her as she did other business on her computer. She was extremely rude about the whole situation. I never paid online ever again after that. All maintenance was great! They came the same day. Nikki was awesome with any paperwork and helping us in any way. My security deposit did not come back within the 30 day window. I called twice to speak to Vanessa and to get this situated. She never called me back. She had someone else in the office call me and ask if I wanted to pick it up or have it mailed. I said mailed like it was supposed to be. The women who spoke to me on the phone about this situation was very kind. Frustrating that Vanessa can’t pick up the phone and deal with her own mistakes. Don’t recommend living here if you have children. People sit outside and smoke weed at all hours of the day. High crime rate. Gate was always getting ran over so it was never working which isn’t the complex’s fault. The people that live there are not the best. The pool was always dirty due to the people that go in it and leave their trash. Maintenance would clean it often but the people that live there have no respect. All and all not a horrible place to live but not the best. I wouldn’t recommend if you plan on this being a long stay.

My husband and I moved here and it’s amazing. We were helped out by Rosa from the office that walked through every step of the process. I love the community and the security that is provided here being a gated community. The view walking my service dogs is wonderful.
