Tyson Auto Repair is efficient, economical, and most importantly honest. They saved me a lot of money by telling me that the part I needed was under extended warranty. I will definitely keep taking my car there for maintenance.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!
They are very dishonest and the owner Bill leads by example. The major red flag is you can't be there while they work on your car, they won't work on your car while you wait.
I initially took the car in for window switch, 2 fans installed, and oil & oil filter change.
Each item had an issue with the work and their first response is to deny, with the hope that you can't prove otherwise. I thankfully had proof for 2. I have warranty on the work/parts and have been getting nothing but lies and the run around on doing the warranty work from the staff and Bill.
So now we go to court because I'm not letting them get away with it.
(The one I couldn't technically prove was simple, so I took to trustworthy shop ro fix)

I would give Tyson’s Auto Repair 5 stars x 3! They have repaired 3 vehicles in my family and did excellent work on all!! All the vehicles are older and had the repairs done elsewhere. But when the same repairs had to be redone, I tried Tyson’s. They were amazing. Honest, friendly, and patient. Answered all my questions. They kept us informed on the progress of the repair. The vehicles run great. My husband said his “was like new!”
I highly recommend Tyson’s. And although I didn’t need to use the service; they offer FREE pick up and delivery as well.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Taking my truck to Bill Tyson was hands down one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I dropped off my GMC Sierra 1500 and it sat there for an entire month collecting dust.
I called almost every single day, and every time I got the same lie: “It’ll be ready tomorrow.” Tomorrow never came. Finally, Mike from the Wellington branch called to tell me that Pablo the so-called manager of the Royal Palm branch had basically disappeared, leaving everyone’s cars unfinished.
When I picked up my truck, they had the audacity to charge me for a new camshaft sensor and a new battery. Not only was this ridiculous after a month of nothing, but I later found out they never even replaced my battery. It was still the same dead one I brought in with.
This place is a joke. They wasted my time, lied straight to my face, and charged me for work that was never done. Save yourself the headache and take your vehicle literally anywhere else.

Pablo was great! They were super quick and very transparent about what was needed and what was an issue but not necessarily a priority that needed to be fixed on my car. I also loved that they had a website where i could check the progress on my car and what’s going on. Thanks again!!

Bought a car recently and hit a pothole on the way home causing a severe leak. I thought that it was the transmission pan, but they were able to diagnose the actual issue extremely quickly. The staff were friendly and well spoken, both in person and over the phone. Will definitely be using their shop for any needed repairs in the future.

Pablo was helpful, thorough, and efficient when I dropped my car off. I received a call within a few hours detailing the issues and next steps. I would definitely bring my car here again.

I came to this shop based on the great reviews, but unfortunately, I feel completely misled.
I brought my car in for a visible hose leak — the crack on the hose was clearly located near the clamp, and the hose connects to the turbocharger. I also noticed a rattling noise when in gear at idle, though I intentionally didn’t tell them my suspicion (possibly an engine mount) because I wanted to see what their diagnostic would reveal.
Instead, I was hit with a nearly $4,000 estimate claiming the blow-off valve on the turbo was damaged, that the entire turbo needed to be replaced, and that this was the source of the leak. On top of that, they recommended rear tires I don’t need, and tried to add an oil change and coolant flush — both of which conveniently tie into their made-up turbo diagnosis, as if they were building a fake repair package to justify the cost.
To be clear: I never reported any driving performance issues (no loss of power, acceleration, or turbo-related symptoms). And yet somehow the diagnosis jumped to a full turbo replacement. That level of misdiagnosis doesn’t feel like an honest mistake — it feels intentional and frankly offensive. And when I told the man I spoke to on the phone I was a little thrown off by these findings especially given that I had my whole engine including the turbocharger replaced less than a year ago he suggested the dealership could’ve damaged the turbocharger when putting it back together.
I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion. The real issues? A cracked hose that needed replacing and 2 bad engine mounts — nothing remotely close to a failing turbocharger. The repairs were straightforward and affordable.
Bottom line: this shop either grossly misdiagnosed or intentionally upsold a customer. Either way, I can’t recommend them. Stay far away.
And if this was an honest mistake, they seriously need to re-evaluate the competency of their technicians — because this kind of diagnostic failure is unacceptable.

Awesome place, no wait to speak with someone and quick service, had my work van the next day, but depends on what you're vehicle needs.
