Very bad store ! Took my money 152.00 and only want to give me back 81 because they made a mistake on their end!! STAY AWAY from this store, you will be way better in SALON CENTRIC !! Manager very rude and washed their hands saying they only work there.

I am a licensed professional and was walking by the store and stopped in. I was greeted by a nice person and decided that I would purchase a couple of things. I asked about their return policy and they said 30 days. I opened up one of the praducts the next day and it was used. I wanted to return it and I had my receipt along with the other products to prove that I did not use any of that product but that's the way I got it. It was the last one and they could not replace it with another. When I wanted to return it for a credit to my credit card they said I was flagged and I could not return it. The manager of the store, Donna told me we had a call corporate and have them do whatever it is they need to do so I could return my product. She could not get into my account to return. Corporate customer service said there was nothing they could do. I had to call the regional manager or they were going to email the regional manager and they would get back to me. I am standing in the store I have a product that was sold to me that's used and now they're saying they can't get into my account in order to refund. That is an issue on their part and not mine. No help from customer service and the girl would not escalated to anyone in corporate, I had to leave with this used product. There is nothing about this store that I would want to purchase again. Salon Centric for professionals is excellent and you don't have things like this happen No one could help me. The manager couldn't. Cel the customer service representative could not help, she just kept repeating the same thing, she would not escalate it, she wouldn't send us to technical support. I had to leave without knowing anything I don't have hours to spend at this store. I now have this used product and I'm don't want it and want to return everything I purchased there but my account is locked and nobody knows how to unlock it. Horrible

I am SO THANKFUL for Donna! I called the store ISO of a particular product, and she knew exactly what I needed, held the product for me until I got to the store and checked multiple other locations for the product I needed. EXCELLENT service!

The workers don’t know what they are doing. My daughter had to call me to ask what to get for her hair dye. Once she got the hair dye the worker told her she needs an ID and an account to buy from the store. Never had to deal with that at any beauty supply

There is this girl that works there in the evening I didn’t get her name but she was alone in the store, she treated me so bad and didn’t want to help me at all. I will never go back to this store!!!!!
