First couple of times I was in the employees were very helpful. Last few times they’ve acted as if I’m invisible. It’s kind of demeaning. I’d go to the nearby AutoZone but it’s a real pain to get in and out of. Hoping they’ll just stop ignoring customers.

Went in looking to find specific parts for my baby. Perla took her time to size threads on bolts and check backstock to see if we could order what I needed. She gave me honest, practical advice to help me get going. Thank you!
Oh, and the oil prices are decent, too.

My battery was on its last leg and I pulled up to the store 9 minutes before closing and Perla and Danny did not hesitate to take care of me! They switched out my battery and gave me all the tips I needed to help with my situation. Kudos to you both and I highly recommend Oreilleys for all your needs they never disappoint! 🥰

Older man working the counter. Has done and seen a lot. Quick and easy to work with. Not like the experience you get at most auto parts stores where they ask you for a year, make, model, sub model, engine size, transmission type, and then turn the screen to you too pick out the parts you want. He also gave us a coke for Halloween. First class employee. I've found my parts store and preferred counter man

Had to get a battery for my 1984 Jeep CJ7 everybody in there was really friendly. O'Reilly seems to be one of the only places that I can get any parts for that jeep. So anybody that has one I definitely recommend them

Carey (sorry if I spelt the name wrong) he was absolutely a life saver! I was stranded at work because my battery died and he went above and beyond to help me get my car working and did it while it was raining outside. He is the absolute best and is a great asset to this place. Moving forward I will only come here because of Carey taking such good care of me and so quickly! Thank you 😊
