If i could do no stars i would. Kevin jones and marci goodwin are the rudest general managers i have ever dealt with and i work retail. I purchased a entertainment center for $219 and it was a 3 peice set. Paid a delivery guy to come pick it up, when we arrived i was stopped at the door and told we cant take it out. When i asked why i was told i was only sold 1 item, When the sales person kiera told me i purchased all 3 yesterday. When asking why kevin and marci told me that i can pay an additional $300 for the remaining 2 pieces. I have pictures of the items it was 1 price tag on the middle item and it was $219. There are no prices on the other 2 items and no item description on the main item we purchased. I asked to speak to the manager and he laughed and said your looking at him. When i asked for my cash back they told me they would send me a check (mind you i bought this yesterday) . I then asked for a corporate number and they gave me a number i called it 3 times in front of them and it said out of service. Kevin then gave me another number which is out of service. Kevin then texted the "director of customer service" and michelle hunton called me. I got on the phone and she told me she is a supervisor, I proceeded to ask for the director and she said that michelle gomez isnt there. I looked up the corporate number and it is a totally different number(7275459555) the number given was 7277229555. Kevin and marci were completely unprofessional and were disrespectful and did not want to give me a refund they stated no refund in the policy. When i spoke about calling the police they then proceeded to give me half of my cash back and not even try to give me items. I will never come to this place again and will never recommend this place and this customer service to anyone. I regret even coming here let alone buying anything from them. The sales associate kiera was amazing and informed us of everything, also letting us know we paid for all 3 pieces. If anyone is hiring she is a great person to look for because kevin and marci were blaming her for everything saying she was misinformed and sold it by mistake (even though they approved the sale lol). I still have not been contacted by michelle gomez either.

Check your bills. If you buy anything from Kane, they don't like to give refunds back when they make a mistake and overcharge you. And they don't check their furniture before delivery to make sure everything is working properly poor poor value

Wish you could give no stars! Bought furniture there and both chairs broke and they were under Kanes warranty. well 2 months later chairs are still broke and no one can tell me when they will be fixed or when parts will be in. Never again!

Kanes Furniture does not stand by the products they sell. I bought a couch 3 years ago with power recliners on each side. The switch that controls the right side recliner stopped working. That part is no longer supported so Kanes just said 'Sorry, there's nothing we can do'. My 3-year-old couch no longer works, but Kanes does not care about that at all.

My experience with Kanes' Furniture has been a total nightmare. I bought a Lazy Boy sofa and love seat. My salesperson was Karl Skipper, I told him I was leaving next week for two months. He assured me they could deliver it the following Thursday and after checking with two 3rd party delivery people trying to have them delivered sooner, I had to wait until Thursday. When the set was delivered the arm on the sofa was all messed up and there was a big hole in the cushion. I called Karl on his personal number that he gave me, but, he didn't answer and his mail box was full. I have no idea why he gave me a phone number that he never did answer and I never could leave a message. I called customer service and was told they were going to replace it. I explained that I was leaving for three months on a cruise and she said it would be replaced Saturday. It was if she knew the sofa wasn't Perfact. Later that day , I received an email stating the replacement sofa would be delivered on Tuesday. I tried calling Karl, but, again, no answer and his mailbox was full. The next day Friday I went to Kanes' Furniture and Karl said he couldn't help me, but, Taz could help me. Taz said all he could do with a big smile is put it in the computer and maybe Ann could help, but, she had already left for the day. I was upset and told them I didn't believe a sofa that was made so defective should have never been sold. How could a company with such a good reputation sell such an inferior product. I told them I was leaving and couldn't wait till Tuesday. I left the store and on my way home I received a call from a person called Jay. I had to ask him his name as when I answered he was SCREAMING that they were delivering it on Tuesday or not replacing it at all. I asked if they could have a 3rd party delivery service deliver it sooner. He said they didn't use 3rd party delivery services. I told him Karl called two when I purchased them and Jeff flipped out SCREAMING I was calling him a liar. I had to hang up on him as he was so irate. He called back telling me I had two choices, either accept Tuesday delivery or they would send a repair person, when I returned. Later that evening he called me to apologize for screaming, I just said ok, realizing he was too irrational to deal with. My handyman had already moved the furniture back that had to be moved to get the sofa and love seat into the living room. So I had to pay him $125.00 again to move the furniture. They set up a delivery time of 7:00am to 10: am. I called as my condominium association doesn't allow deliveries before 8:00am. They rescheduled the delivery for 11:00am to 2:00pm. I was surprised when they called at 7:30am to say the truck was on its way. Again I told them they couldn't deliver before 8:am. They arrived at 8:05am. I had rented a car to drive one way to Miami and had to postpone for one day at a charge to me of $85.00. I had to cancel my first night in the hotel and they charged me for the full night $232.89 for last minute cancellation. I couldn't believe Jay called to tell me he was able to save me $70.00 dollars. Kanes' cost me an extra $442.89 by selling me what appears to be seconds from Lazy Boy. Jeff said he didn't call to put salt in my wounds, but, wanted me to know he saved me $70.00. What an insult! He had the nerve to say if I need help in the future I could call him, as if I would ever buy from Kanes' Furniture again. I'm certainly going to question Lazy Boy about selling their seconds to Kanes' ,that sell them as first quality. That was my nightmare experience with Kanes' Furniture! Let it be known, I will let others know about my nightmare. On a positive note, the delivery men were courteous. They were great guys.

My wife and I have been shopping at several furniture stores this week in order to furnish our new home. Yesterday, we visited Kane’s Furniture (Saint Petersburg) for the first time.Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by Jared who made our shopping experience so pleasant. He was so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. We are happy with our purchase and will be back again soon. Thank you Jared!

Decided to go in and look around one day and begin shopping for a living room set and new bedroom set. Saw some sets we liked and Peggy helped us out from start to finish with excellent communication and expertise! I have some furniture that still hasn't come due to back order but this feedback is directly for the customer service for Peggy and the Manager which i forgot his name! (Where's glasses!) Thanks guys!

Ask for Tracee for the best deals and service, not pushy. She has great suggestions and good taste. She will talk to you about your space and the type of furniture you want or need, so that you get furniture that is functional and comfortable, as well as aesthetically pleasing. I went to many furniture, places, and consignment shops, and ended up coming back to Kane’s, which was the first place I went. Save yourself some time and come here first.

Peggy was Great! No high pressure sales. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions! I found what I was looking for after going to 6 other stores. I should have started here seeing several years before I bought my kitchen set there. Don't waste time going anywhere else. Thanks!

Ask for Anne Marie. I personally don't enjoy the vultures who try to claim your sale when you walk in and then stalk you around the store. That type of sales tactic is so outdated and can feel really uncomfortable.I noticed Anne Marie’s calm nature as I was browsing and asked for her help when I was ready. She is knowledgeable and best of all not afraid to admit when she needs to ask for help. Her manners are impeccable and it felt like shopping with a friend.Anne Marie is an asset to the team who helped me complete a custom order and make decisions.

Went to Kanes to purchase a queen bed frame for the new temperpedic mattress and power base I had purchased previously. The sales representative Peggy was very helpful and ask questions to understand what the style of my house was to help me find a good match. We found just what I was looking for that would match the style of my home perfectly. It was a easy and pleasant visit and I look forward to going back again when I purchase new furniture for my family room. Great experience.

We received excellent service from Annmarie Grande she was detailed and through, willing to walk us through the store and let us see every living room set available. Wonderful to spend time with someone with such a great personality. Our shopping experience could not have any better. Highly recommend anyone shopping at Kane's to seek her out.

I went in to Kane's and was immediately met by a sales rep by the name of Tracee. She was pleasent from the start all the way through the end of my shopping experiance. She really paid attention and knew how to communicate on a level of understanding of the product and what they may or may not offer me. I felt like i was the only one in the store with my own personal specialist. She has a real good demeanor about herself and for what she is doing. Great service
