First of all, these people are absolutely lovely to work with. Family owned business and I received a return phone call from the Dad on a Sunday answering all my questions that the next day I was in their showroom in Palm Harbor placing an order with the daughter Kristen. Mom called me to schedule the install. The installers were professional and courteous and did an incredible job. We are so over the moon happy with the murphy bed they installed. Cleaned up after themselves. I would 100% definitely recommend this local business to anyone needing closets, murphy bed, etc.

And let me tell you, our experience was nothing short of exceptional!As soon as we entered the St. Petersburg location on Gandy Boulevard, we were greeted by Kristen's infectious enthusiasm, accompanied by her adorable dog Ryker. Kristen listened attentively as we explained our requirements, and she helped us pick out the perfect Murphy bed option with a spacious desk. Her bright and happy demeanor made the entire process not only quick and easy but also enjoyable!We didn't think it could get better than this, and then we met Jan. Jan worked with us to coordinate dates and times that aligned with our apartment building's elevator schedule. From A to Z, Jan was an absolute gem to work with! Whenever she would call to ensure things were running smoothly with the installers, it made my entire day so much brighter (and we live in the sunny state!). It's truly remarkable how someone's attention to detail and dedication can make a world of difference.When the installation day finally arrived, the installers arrived on time, carrying the same positive energy we had encountered throughout our interactions with the company. Even though we had blocked off the elevator for them, a last-minute situation arose where our neighbors urgently needed to use it. Without hesitation, the installers accommodated them by moving their truck and sharing the elevator. Their patience and kindness during this unexpected circumstance truly impressed us.Throughout the installation process, their efficiency and expertise were evident as they quickly assembled the Murphy bed. We contracted them to modify 3 closets in our home. They were easy to work with, and showed us all the drawings before we signed the contract. It was only a 3 week wait for install. Installers showed up in a timely manner and worked hard to get the job done. We are happy with the outcome and find out we have more space than we even need. If I were to change one thing, it would be that the clothes rods be clamped in place, so they would not easily move.

Initially we had a hard time getting ahold of someone, but there was a quick response. They have gone above and beyond when repairing a Murphy bed and we can’t say enough good things about the service provided.

I worked with Tammy Kendall at More Space Place for all our home closets and I could not be any happier. She listened to all our needs and made sure to design the closets of our dreams. She taught us how to enjoy this little space of the house that usually gets overlooked. The installers were great and the finished product looks amazing. Definitely recommend Tammy to anyone who needs to do their closets.

The entire experience was wonderful. It all began with Tammy having patience while we were trying to figure out which model and size worked for us, the installer Russell who meticulous installed the Murphy bed, down to Jan who coordinated the delivery. These people were great to deal with and their customer service was outstanding. I wold recommend this company to anyone looking for a Murphy bed .
