Alex of the stock department went out of her way to help us find the specific sparkling water we were searching for. We were halfway out the door, heads hanging low, empty handed, but Alex found us before we left and had the waters in her hands. Thank you for going the extra mile and keeping true to the Publix way! We appreciate it greatly!

Prefer Publix Pharmacy over the major chain pharmacies, where lines seem to be getting longer and longer. Staff is friendly and helpful. George the pharmacist leads in friendliness and helpfulness.

Stephanie of the pharmacy department was fabulous. She's the pharmacy manager by the way. I had a difficult question regarding possible allergic reaction. She took her time, and took me right to where I need to go. Highly recommended. Well done!

Really need more help. Check out clerks needed badly. The level of service has gone down throughout the store. Out of many items as well.

I have been a loyal customer at Publix for years and unfortunate Alejandra and Ida have been the absolute worst and RUDEST store clerks I have ever seen. They don't smile or greet and I've noticed they don't treat the white customers the same. I have been over a dozen times and it's always the nastiest and rudest looks, when I try to ask questions about where to find a simple product. They look at me and treat me like dirt on the bottom of their shoe I've seen them treat another black woman the same but treat others with care. Alejandra pushed my cart over instead of just saying excuse me. So disappointed they let somebody like Ida train people like Alejandra so they can be just as rude, nasty, as she is. Why work in customer service if you have a tendency hate your customers. This Publix is to nice to have workers so appalling.

The only problem is with the prepay system. Was designed to have a no wait just pick up and go. This is not the story as you approach the prepay area you are still having to wait in the lines order. Better off to just go wait in line and pay. There is absolutely no benefit to prepay! To the workers, I applaud you all and are very much appreciated!

Reordered rx on app and through their email reminder. Got 3 text messages that rx was ready. Showed up and they have no record of any request. Told to wait 20 minutes and would fill it. Came back after 20 minutes and was told it was out of stock and would be in the next day. What a waste of valuable time.

My boyfriend picked me up a pub sub for lunch today. Sadly, the bread was SO STALE it wasn't even edible. It completely fell apart in flakes. This bread has to be days old or sat out all night for it to be this gross. I can't believe an employee would serve that. I am extremely disappointed. What a waste of money.
