Normally going into Target, I have had normal experiences, never exceptional, but never bizarre either. This review is more about the employees/management and not so much the store itself. I called the manager about something last week, the phone rang and rang until someone finally answered, a guy who sounds like he is in his early 20's, if that even answers, when he answers he responds to me saying "yo" Because of the yo response, I immediately think that I dialed the wrong number! So I ask the kid if this is Target, he says, yeah how can I help you in a totally disgusted tone. I ask the employee politely if I can speak with a manager, he sighs and says "yeah". I'm thinking, what the heck is going on here, and is this even Target or is the guy playing around? Finally this young sounding girl answers the phone and says hello, I asked her if this is Target, she says Yes, this is Target on Park St. in St Petersburg, which is exactly where I was trying to call. Before I can even say another word, the manager I am speaking with says, I have your information and will give you a call right back, apparently she was in meeting? This was important, so I kept my phone in my hand the rest of the day waiting to hear back, at this point it's around 1pm. 2pm goes by, 3pm goes by, 4pm goes by, 5pm goes by, after 6pm I figure she is not going to call me back. 5 days later I receive a call from this Target store, "FIVE DAYS LATER". I guess she was in a 5 day long meeting? I was not available when she finally called back at 9am, I shadow at a hospital and go to school for pediatrics, so you would think whoever called would leave me a message, No. I have absolutely no clue what is going on at this location, there seems to be no adequate management, employees answer the phone saying yo, ending sentences using the word yeah. I would not last 10 seconds in ANY hospital in America with such disrespect and immaturity. These people need to learn, when you are a manager and tell someone that you will call them right back, and wait 5 days. This is 100% unacceptable and shows exactly why this store has employees who cannot speak a sentence clearly. Corporate need to step in and clean house! When I Googled this locations reviews, all I saw were 1 and 2 star reviews, can everyone be wrong?

Friendly, helpful staff. Ease of shopping and ease of pickup on this and previous experiences. The Park and Tyrone store is always clean and well stocked

My partner and I checked out in the electronic section because I wanted a new switch controller. I was going to open a red card at the register, however the cashier told me that I would have to go to guest services to open up a red card. I have never had to go to the customer service desk to open up a red card. My partner is also an ex-target employee and worked in the electronic section and knows that you can open up a red card at the electronics check out. To make it worse we wanted to split the transaction since I couldn't open a card. The employee set up the split transaction, but at some point they got confused and canceled the split transaction so when my partner paid he paid the whole thing thing instead of part of the bill. And now I have a pending transaction on my card as well (although I know that will fall off in a few days since the transaction was canceled).

The salesfloor team is very helpful and knowledgeable. A rude team lead lady talking down to employees loudly though. Not very brand.

Target ATT representative Maryah is THE best! She got me a great deal and helped me with all the complex details! She was always available to answer my questions and help me with the many issues that come up with getting new phone and trade ins.She is an absolute gem when it comes to customer service-going above and beyond to show her care and concern. She really helped me get an incredible deal and is a relentless worker. Even on her day off she was willing to help me and my family make the switch.

Target has been essential for me and my family , great selection, often great prices and the drive up is impeccable, always ready never incorrect. I'd also like to mention the stores are very clean and orderly and they have registers available most of the time which sends a message they care about your time. Not to mention having Starbucks at most locations makes even the smallest trip to the store a WIN!

The young man who told me where to find what I was looking for was nice and polite and so was the young man who was working at the register. Store was very clean. I would highly recommend this store

Just left this location and very upset. Asked a employee about a item in the electronics/toy area and was bold faced lied too. After driving to the largo location and finding the item I stock I did get it. The new employee in that electronics department should be fired or demoted. You don’t lie to customers because you are too lazy to check on a item.I will be speaking to a manager and the cooperate office.

Curbside pickup failed to give me all my items and will not give me a credit unless I go into the store, according to Shauna who professed to be a manager. I do not go into stores because of Covid. I should be able to get my money back for their error.

eileen is an absolute miserable person. couldn't help me find an item without rolling her eyes and giving absolute attitude. literally ignored me the first time i asked a question, and then complained the entire time about helping me find something in the store. not the type of person to even leave a bad a review but sheesh
