Almost everything else is open downtown, why is OZK still closed with the ATM out of service? Lights are on in the building.Clients have to drive some distance to get to this location, the least you could do is list your status as "closed". It's so frustrating having my time wasted like this.

By far the best banking service I have received. Close knit, you feel more of a family type atmosphere rather than a business. Absolutely no other place I'd deposit my money. If you're in the area you should definitely stop by.

Went into Wells Fargo to open a small biz account. Was shocked at the fee schedule and they weren't able to see me or discuss much of anything...Called Scooter at OZX Bank, he was beyond helpful. Went into the branch to meet with him, set up my account in 15 mins, sent me the forms to E sign, order free checks and the account has minimal fees. Best small business banking we have ever done. SOOO recommend OZK Bank, Scooter and Kristen, Sarasota Main Street!

Bank OZK is awesome - Scooter and his team are so friendly.. I love the grass-roots feel and attention... everytime I walk in there, they know who I am ( greeting me by name even while hiding behind a mask!) and provide quick personal service. Always helpful. Good Job guys
