If you're looking to shop here, make sure you don't look young and don't park in the parking lot. We came today to shop for furniture and were standing in the parking lot waiting for family to meet us, when a dog ran by the side of the store with the owners looking for it. We were standing by the side of the store pointing to where the dog went, when an employee came out of the store and told us we can't park here. We told him we were here to look for furniture and he responded saying it's not school parking and we couldn't park in the lot! We explained the dog situation and how we were waiting for family and he told us again we couldn't park there. Literally did not believe we were planning on shopping. We moved our car, then stood in the parking lot to call our family and tell them not to come because of how rude this employee was. He was staring at us through the window the entire time. I will never return as there are many other places to buy furniture where I won't be banished from the parking lot, which is sad because the family members meeting us there bought and couch there and loved it, now they will not be returning either.

Their furniture is beautiful and I bought several pieces, however soon after delivery the fabric on two of the chairs, imported from Italy, split on the seam - each in a different place. The owner Kathy did not stand behind their product, and even blamed me for abusing the furniture even though she never saw it in person. So two years later I still live with these two damaged chairs. If you think you may need the store to back you up should the need arise, perhaps consider shopping elsewhere.

I had a great experience at this store. They couldn't deliver the day I wanted, so I used MoveSRQ and they did a great job of moving my new sofa into my living room. I highly recommend this store.

We had the absolute pleasure to work with Eric for a little over two hours while shopping for two new Herman Miller office chairs. Eric was patient and knowledgeable even while we went back and forth about our decision. It's nice to know that great customer service still exists out there. We can't wait for our chairs to be delivered. Thanks Eric!

I found Eric to be very pleasant to work with. He gave me a fair price on a Thayer Coggin sofa and the delivery men from the store were exceedingly attentive to details. I would highly recommend this store for contemporary furniture.
