Grooming : I was lucky enough to have both Marley and Grace groom my baby girl Nala (7 month old mini doodle) and both of them did a wonderful wonderful job!! She's excited everytime I drop her off!! And she always comes out looking and smelling amazing, and she's always so so happy the whole day. As If she just left the spa. ✨️
They truly care about your pets health and wellbeing and will go the extra mile everytime to make sure you see and know that. You can see their expertise and professionalism at every visit. They will also kindly help you in choosing grooming products and educate you on the best way to keep your pet maintained until the next booking.

We were helped by Mason while shopping for a new fish tank. Mason was extremely knowledgeable about fish, and helped us find what we needed to while explaining the purpose of each component. He made sure we got the best deals and the best products. We really appreciated his help :)

We have collected a few fish for our tank here and we love the selections of decor, live plants, and their freshwater fish. Some of the workers there are helpful and really nice, like Charity. However if you are greeted by Nancy you will deal with rude service, incredibly judgmental comments and opinions that should be kept to herself. It is unfortunate because they are so close by, but every time she is there she makes our experience uncomfortable by lurking by us and telling us things like “are you sure you know what you’re doing?” One time when we were selecting fish she pointed out the price to us asking if we were sure we could even afford that, it was $10 mind you. So, we will go to farther pet stores to avoid her but it is really unfortunate for us to have to go out of our way like that, just because of her.

Never going to this store again. I bought a baby bearded dragon who was sick. I didn't notice until I brought her home and observed. Took her to the vet for$200. She had a respiratory infection.. fast forward 7 days and I have a dead bearded dragon!!

I’ve been a Petco customer for many years and purchased my current fur baby at a Petco in Venice. I’ve never had such a horrible experience as I’m having with my Hometown Petco here in South Sarasota. The manager Dustin is horribly rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. He’s a bully and doesn’t care at all about customers. He gets off on being rude and unhelpful. I have no idea how he’s allowed to work there. I will not be returning until he is gone. Beware of DUSTIN!! Go somewhere else!! Also, I called Petco Corporate for customer service to complain about How I was treated by Dustin and never received a call back. So disappointed in Petco.

Mason is wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and takes great care of the fish department. The tanks are always set up beautifully and well cared for, the water quality is where it’s supposed to be, and you can tell he truly cares about the quality of life the fish have while there. Mason has offered to special order fish for me as well. Very satisfied with the selection of saltwater fish this store carries.
