This architectural format is unique. One of a kind? Extra large elevators to get from the first floor to the actual grocery aisles on the 2nd. One side has huge long staircases to get up a grand entrance. And the other like a shopping mall a handrail escalator. People can put their car in the middle and it takes your groceries down. I have had to talk to the manager about the professionalism and attitude at customer service. But the management was fabulous about it very kind. At that location they actually make a Boar's Head breakfast. What I mean by that they're more quality upscale meet variety you can go to the deli and they will make you a hot breakfast sandwich on any choice of bread with their bacon and sausage and egg and cheese variety and that's a nice touch. That is rare and current at that location.

Except for their political views, I find this store to be well supplied.
What I really like is the salad bar. Not cheap but there’s no place around less expensive. The store has a wide variety and the people are nice.

Genuinely worried for these guys. Been an alarm going off that you can hear throughout the whole store at least 2 weeks now. It's truly comical. Maybe don't have that if you have no clue how to turn it off, just a thought. Yikes. This store just seems to be one of a kind. More issues than any other I've ever been to. Always wrong price tags on stuff for a wide variety of items

Parking is a pain and can make it dangerous as a pedestrian walking to the entrance inside the parking feck, would definitely avoid during rush hour but otherwise it's great

This Publix is extremely Hi-Tech, with escalators that take your cart downstairs, elevators and even a large parking garage, however EVERYONE was nasty and rude. I live in Bradenton so I'm used to that behavior from Publix customers there but now to be treated SO nasty by their employees is a big disappointment.
Publix is one of the most expensive grocery stores I know so I only go there when it's the only place around but convenience or not I will NOT return to this Publix😕

VIDA is the worst person I've ever come in contact with. She lied to me and told me she was closed. Treated my family while we waited with a 200$ basket loaded of paid groceries. I wanted to buy cigarettes and she refused to serve and sell me cigarettes and ignored me. Then she let others through the line. I will putting this video on my YouTube channel as it's the worst experience I've ever had and coming off a Horrible Hurricane 🌀 and VIDA and her very mean vile attitude. Asking me if I'm paying card or cash. I offered both but she refused to serve me and was very unprofessional and mean with her unprofessional way. It's not the 1st time. I'm a daily customer and born and raised here in Sarasota. I'm not going anywhere Vita. I hope you get your attitude straight. Your MAKING PUBLIX A BAD EXPERIENCE AND SO SAD TO SAY THAT.... WISH WE HAD MORE STORE'S AND THIS WHY WE CHOOSE SPROUTS, WHOLE GOODS. AND OTHERS THEAT ATE A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE THEN PUBLIX 🤔bad attitudes and high prices. Then you treat US different. I'm good on that. manager Peter better get your customer service 💯 back to what it once was

Beautiful store very clean!!! I shopped in all departments. HBC clerk is very helpful and she made every effort to find my products all was great except my experience with cashier (Pandora) not a pleasant person. Not sure why her attitude was very negative. I’ll make sure to not go through her line again. Publix is the best company very much a family.
